Wonderful Winter Retreat-Spacious, Comfortable Condo in Prime Location

This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a 1200 sq ft main level corner unit. Relax and grill on the huge outdoor patio that faces green space, tennis courts, a playground, and putt-putt golf. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. There are two sleeping areas: 1 king bed and bathroom in bedroom #1 and 1 queen bed in bedroom #2. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart tv with a YouTube TV subscription. The condo is located within the Pagosa Lakes Property Owner's Association, so you have access to fishing on the association's private lakes, and full use of the private Pagosa Lakes Recreational Center for a small daily fee.
The condo has been decorated in a modern farmhouse style with a touch of rustic mountain ski town added in. The linens and towels are hotel quality. Books, coloring books, games, DVDs, puzzles, a sled, an umbrella, and an art station complete with printer are all waiting for you and your family.

Comfortably Cozy
Very welcoming and cozy condo. The host having cleaning supplies, a lot of great dishware and toiletries really available was a very pleasant surprise. So if you forgot something at home you had it available. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions as well. If I find myself ever visiting Pagosa Springs again I'll definitely look for this place!

Perfect Pagosa!
Molly’s condo was the perfect get away in Pagosa. We have stayed at other VRBOs in Pagosa, but this was absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It was so clean, comfortable, stocked with anything you would need, from snacks to coffee to trash bags, all the things you hate to have to go out and buy. Would definitely stay here again!
