Don’t book the queen room unless you’re into super tight spaces, definitely not enough room, comfortably for two people. Under the bed was dirty. I tried to text the host back, as the texts you receive say to do so and I never heard back.

As mentioned we gave the property average scores. They did this to themselves. The customer service makes top 3 worst. We had questions about their New Year’s party with their partner bar located on site. We called numerous times for info, both Neon and Mallard Bar, no one ever answered, we left messages and neither business could care less. Just know if you have a question, high chance they’re not going to answer you. Good luck with that if your thinking to book!! Thanks for destroying our New Years Eve!!

Enjoyed the contactless check-in. Location was great even though there is road construction through the area, it was still easy to get in and out of the lot. Very clean and great amenities.

Overall, our stay here was good The check in process was easy. We stayed in a queen room which was super tiny. Not a huge deal since we were out and about a lot but I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to be there more than a few days. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to down. Kips is right next door and a great spot for food. I think they could make it a little more comfortable by adding some more hooks and things to help keep your room organized. I also think they should add microwaves to the room. Lastly, would have been nice to have either thicker blankets on the beds during the winter or had extra blankets in the room. I’m sure I could have asked for some but… who wants to do that hah. I had one in my car I used. I would stay here again though, good little spot. The Neon Mallard is an absolutely awesome bar definitely check that out even if you don’t stay here.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and loved the style. Cocktail lounge was very neat and unique and a great perk. Also highly recommend the wine bar acriss the street. Only negative was walls were thin and our neighbors were very inconsiderate.

Room was nice! Very nice and recently updated bathroom/shower. The Neon Mallard Bar is a great Bar, great service and creative cocktails! Our Charcuterie Tray was quite tasty!

We drove up and were surprised by the humble outside appearance, but inside was fantastic! So cute and comfortable with everything we could need. Run like and Airbnb almost, with the no-contact check in. This was a highlight of our weeklong trip in the region!
