Location is within walking distance to the wharf and town. Great neat and tidy house. The extra fans in the rooms were great as it was quite warm.

The house was really close to beach and short walk to shops. It was very clean and set up perfectly for everything we needed, including some basic kitchen supplies, beach towels , fans in each of the rooms and aircon in main living area. Our host was also really responsive to a request. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for Elderly Parents

Excellent location for my elderly Parents 92 and 95.Short walk to the beach, town and great restaurants. The house was very functional for us all. Beautiful and clean with chocolates and milk in the fridge on arrival. A lovely touch thank you. Cooking and laundry facilities were great. The perfect holiday home to create many wonderful memories. Thank you and I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Bay of Islands.

Great location, beautiful tidy home

Had a few days in Paihia with the teens for the school holidays. This beautiful home is so close to everything- we just parked our car up and walked everywhere. Many restaurants very close by, beach was a stones throw away, ferry terminal and main shops a leisurely few minutes away. Would definitely stay again.
