This cozy and charming apartment, full of personality, is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to disconnect and feel at home. It has a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. From here you can access a beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying spectacular sunsets overlooking the sea. For added comfort, it also has a communal pool and outdoor parking. In addition, it offers ADSL connection of 50 Mb/s.
Located in front of the ocean, it is close to all essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants, and only 500 meters from some of the best beaches of Fuerteventura, such as Playa de Sotavento.its excellent location allows easy road access to the main natural and tourist attractions of the island, such as the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corralejo, Cofete beach, the Islote de Lobos or the caves of Ajuy, among other unique places.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, portable oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and hot water heater.
