Lovely property, spacious, clean right on top of beach so perfect for pre breakfast swim in gorgeous waters. Patio furniture excellent. It would be good if the patio doors had a lock mechanism whereby they could be safely left ajar at night to give some ventilation. I would stay there again. Chris R

Freundlicher Empfang von Javier bei Ankuft , ideale und ruhige Lage der Wohnung, herrlicher freier Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den Atlantik, Restaurants und Geschäfte alles in der Nähe. Was braucht es mehr.

Sehr angenehme Erholung

Die Umgebung und das Wetter sind wie immer für Mitteleuropäer sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist von der Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz für Mietwagen kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Wohnungzustand muß angemerkt werden, es ist der Verschleiß zu erkennen und eine Renovierung wäre sehr zu empfehlen.(Hebung der Fußbodenfliesen) Bereich Tür Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten ist alles in der Wohnug, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Was mir fehlte war eine Microwelle. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die riesige Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden. Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen, der Service vom Vermieter ist perfekt. Lage zum Strand und zum Einkaufen optimal. Die Einrichtung des App. ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal erneuert werden.

Urlaub pur mit Sonne und Meer

Das Objekt ist einfach genial gelegen und in einem guten Zustand, mit kleineren Mängeln. - Satanlage war leider mehr kein Signal als betriebsbereit, müßte mal auf Stand gebracht werden, - Kühlschrank Verkleidung im Türbereich sind zwei Halterungen weggebrochen, sollte mal ersetzt werden, - Bodenfliesen Zugang Wohnbereich zur Terrasse sind locker, bitte reparieren sonst Bruchgefahr. - die Sonnenmarkise sollte mal gerade aufgewickelt werden, sonst droht Materialbruch, wäre schade. - Toilettenpapierhalterung bitte festschrauben Kleine Dinge können leider große Wirkung haben. Sonst war der Aufenthalt eine Bereicherung, danke nochmals. Gruß Steffen

Tolle Lage, toller Blick

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage direkt in der ersten Reihe zum Meer. Die riesige Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Der Supermarkt ist direkt an der Straße. Javier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er ist jederzeit für seine Gäste erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
