Amazing apartments in an excellent location, just a few seconds from the beach called ‘Playa del Matorral’ in Morro Jable, Fuerteventura. Photos show a general view of all the apartments. All the apartments have a good-sized terrace with stunning sea views, one separate bedroom with 3 single beds plus a sofa bed for an extra Guest in the Living room, one bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, seating area with sea views and a sofa, TV and W-Fi. Located in the south of Fuerteventura, Playa de Morro Jable, also known as Playa Jandía, is the largest beach in Morro Jable. The lighthouse marks the approximate centre of the beach, which is split into the northern half known as El Saladar, and the southern half of Playa del Matorral. The bright sandy beach area stretches for approximately three kilometres. The water is clear and very clean. In both areas, there are windsurfing and sailing schools offering courses and equipment for hire. Near the lighthouse is a well-known surfing location, where the wave is known as “Cruz Roja” occurs in certain wind conditions, making for a very special surfing experience. Small beach bars can be found all along Playa de Morro Jable, so that there is within easy reach always the possibility of refuelling with refreshments. Near the lighthouse is also a fairly large nudist swimming area. Near Playa de Morro Jable is a protected lagoon area and behind that the main road of Morro Jable, thankfully far enough away for the traffic noise not to be heard. Parallel to the road a promenade leads to the old centre of the town. From the promenade, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the whole beach area, as well as having access to the beach via several pathways.

Excellent location with a view to die for. We were in apartment 662 and we will be rebooking for next year.

Schade, Potential verschenkt

Wir haben 3 Wochen das App. 660 bewohnt, der erste Eindruck: groß, geräumig und für unsere bescheidenen Ansprüche vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage und Aussicht im 6. Stock vom Balkon sind super: von Sonnenauf- bis -untergang klasse Panorama von Atlantik, Strand und Leuchtturm. Der Balkon ist schmal aber lang und gut zu den Seiten abgeschirmt, man muss sich schon sehr weit vorbeugen um auf den Nachbar-balkon zu schauen. Das davor die Einkaufspassage mit Hauptstraße liegt und beim direkten Blick nach unten manche Müllecke zu sehen ist, ist zu ertragen. Mehr Lärm machen zeitweise die Nachbarn im sehr hellhörigen Haus, welches u.a. auch von Einheimischen dauernd bewohnt wird. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sehr spärlich. Matratzen waren neu und gut. Zu den vielen unnötigen Mängeln: Die gröbsten wurden sofort per Email (deutsch, engl. und spanisch) angezeigt, nämlich defekte Lampe im Wohnzimmer , 2 auf dem Balkon und elektrischer Schaden am Wasserkocher. Schon am nächsten Tag waren diese repariert bzw. ersetzt worden, klasse! Ein sich ablösender Fliesenspiegel hinter dem Kühlschrank, eine durch Glasscherben blockierte Balkontür, eine fast abgefallene Spiegelleuchte im Bad, fehlende Stöpsel in Spüle und Badewanne, ein abgewohnter Sofa-Überwurf auf der Couch, abgeplatzte Kante am Balkontisch, ein eingerissener Duschvorhang und eine vergessene Unterhose vom Vormieter hinter der Waschmaschine sollte man eigentlich nicht vorfinden müssen. Bilder in der Anzeige sind veraltet.

Großes Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Praktisch eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr großer Balkon. Fantastische 180 Grad-Aussicht auf Saladar, Strand und Meer. Ziemlich ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral. Die Mail-Beschreibung des Checkin-Vorgangs ist etwas unübersichtlich.
