Charming apartment short walk to beach

We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment had all the amenities to feel at home ( although if we may suggest, softer lighting would improve the ascetic of the beach themed decor). The pool was a nice welcome as we arrived on a warm afternoon, excellent way to start a holiday. We had a little trouble with the keys at entrance, but our host were so wonderful and attentive, he showed us how to to navigate. The apartment complex was pristine and perfectly manicured. Short walk downhill right to the village for lovely days on the beach, hiking the coast and quaint restaurants with impeccable dishes and excellent service. We highly recommend this Vrbo and would stay again. Thank you for a dreamy holiday .

Objekt überteuert, nicht behindertengerecht

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung von FeWo direkt: War keinesfalls behindertengerecht, Treppenzugang, Terrassenstufe und Schwelle an der Terrassenschiebetür. Bad viel zu klein, kein Einstieg in die Dusche möglich. Waschmaschine in der Trommel und Waschpulverfach schimmelfeucht. Sofortige Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur vor Ort Moll Company wurde von dort "abgewürgt" und an FeWo direkt verwiesen. Chat mit FeWo direkt, Sheila M., war unerfreulich - Fangfragen, keine Kommunikation wegen Mängel und Abhilfe möglich. Ich hatte zuvor deutlich auf die Mängel hingewiesen. Hatte in der Hauptsache die Wohnung ausschließlich wegen der Barrierefreiheit gebucht. Ich kann niemand mit Gehbehinderung die Wohnung empfehlen. Mietpreis von knapp 1900,00 € ist unangemessen und mindestens 500,00 € zu hoch angesetzt. Moll Company habe ich um persönliches Erscheinen vor Ort gebeten, um die Mängel zu besprechen und nach Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu suchen - keine Reaktion.

Très bon séjour à Calella !

Un très bon séjour dans la petite station de Calella de Palafrugell, ancien petit port de pêche où on peut allier le plaisir de la mer et de quelques balades le long de la côte, sur le cami de ronda.
