Nice semi-detached house with beautiful sea views in "El Golfet", in Calella de Palafrugell.
The area is quiet and the house is part of a community of only a few houses that share garden and pool.
Located at 650 m from the beach of Golfet and 1200 m from the center of Calella de Palafrugell.
Suitable for 8 occupants.
Distributed in two floors. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the porch and private garden with beautiful views of the sea, a kitchen completely renovated, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom suite with a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea, another double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. It also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
It has a parking space for one car in a communal garage.
There is a ramp to access the entrance of the house by car, but can only be used momentarily to download.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
