    Good place at the beach.

    We spend a nice holiday with direct access to the beach. The apartment itself was OK. Could have been cleaner. Guests with small children or elderly people should be made aware of the steep stairs. We had a good time in this place.

    Super Strandhaus mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht und sich wĂŒnscht.Die Möbeln sind etwas veraltet, aber die Wohnung ist mit allem was man fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in der Mitte der Saint-Maurice-Av. und man kann problemlos zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum von Palavas laufen. Urlaub in einem Strandhaus direkt am Meer ist unbezahlbar. Danke

    Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung sehr praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Schade konnte man die TĂŒcher, Badesachen etc. nicht richtig draussen aufhĂ€ngen. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist nicht ideal. Wir mussten das Auto mehrmals, manchmal am selben Tag umparken. Eine Terasse fehlt definitif.

    Die Wohnung ist zu teuer. Der grosse Pluspunkt ist die Aussicht, aber mit Kindern wĂ€re ein Balkon viel praktischer. Dass der „Balkon“ eigentlich ein Durchgang fĂŒr eine weitere Wohnung ist, mĂŒsste vorher kommuniziert werden.

    Location trÚs bien équipée, confortable et surtout trÚs bien située.Nous avons passé une super semaine, ont à pu profiter de la plage et de la mer tout au long de notre séjour .

    Hervorragender Ort um auszuspannen

    Die Wohneinheit liegt direkt am Strand - man schlĂ€ft mit Meeresrauschen ein und wacht ebenso auf, herrlich um auszuspannen. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts (zumindest uns). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ortskern ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, man kann das Auto prima stehen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-).

    Belle situation tout en bord de mer, vue trÚs agréable. Accueil de l'agence trÚs bon et ponctuel. Salon plutÎt agréable mais trÚs déçus qu'il n'y ait aucune terrasse ni balcon, ce que l'on voit sur les photos est juste un passage pour les voisins. Il faudrait le préciser sur l'annonce. Chambres vétustes ( placards trÚs sales et abßmés), lits simples de la chambre du haut ne sont pas du tout adaptés pour des adultes.

    Danke fĂŒr eine perfekte Woche

    Der Kontakt zur super netten Vermieterin Catherine war genauso unkompliziert wie CheckIn + CheckOut mit Karim von der beauftragten Conciergerie. Das Appartement bietet locker Platz fĂŒr 7 Personen + ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht (2 Flaschen Wasser im KĂŒhlschrank, die ersten Kaffee fĂŒr die GĂ€ste - alles da, perfekter Service!). Die Lage direkt am Strand lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen, Kleinigkeiten des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs gibt's einige Meter weiter beim Tahiti-Kiosk, Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he vorhanden, die beiden Orte Palavas-les-Flots und Carnon sind bequem fusslĂ€ufig oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Unser Fazit nach einer perfekten Woche: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ;-)
