Excellent séjour dans une apparemment lumineuse
Lâappartement est top ! Grand balcon avec vue sur mer, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, grand salle de bain et chambre Ă coucher au calme .
Le wifi marche super bien.
La place parking est trĂšs Ă©troite.

Lâaccueil, parfait!
Lâappartement avec son emplacement, sa vue fantastique, sa dĂ©co et ses Ă©quipements.
Suffisamment prÚs du centre pour pouvoir y aller facilement, et suffisamment loin, pour ne pas en subir les inconvénients.
La place de parking privé est un vrai plus.
On aurait aimĂ© rester plus longtemps, mais dommage câĂ©tait impossible
Nous reviendrons, câest sur!
Peut-ĂȘtre, mieux gĂ©rer les documentations des diffĂ©rents Ă©quipements.

Superbe vue, mais standing en deça du positionnement prix... dommage
Le standing de l'appartement, notamment la faible isolation thermique et acoustique, ainsi que l'ameublement, nous ont semblé trop bas par rapport au prix demandé d'une part et par rapport à la description du bien. Par contre l'emplacement et la vue sont TOP.

Quelques amĂ©liorations et il pourrait ĂȘtre tout proche des cinq Ă©toiles :
- suspensions pour serviettes et tablette pour gel douche/savon dans la salle d'eau
- dérouleur de papier toilette dans les WC
- accroche-torchons dans la cuisine
- éclairage et assise supplémentaires dans le salon
- voilage pour Ă©viter le vis-Ă -vis dans la chambre Ă 2 lits
- ménage un peu plus soigné
