Too much road noise. Bathroom was ancient. No problem parking. Breakfast was not worth $18 per person. Traffic light at the end of parking lots was safe. Housekeeping was good. Pay ahead room rate was good. Toilet inner plumbing caused problems. Elevators were good. Room was humid in afternoon.

The room was not in good condition. The refrigerator froze everything. There was only 1 coffee pod. The coffee maker still had the pod from the last guest in it. I had to pay for parking and the parking app was not working so I had to go back down to the front desk for that and to have my Hilton Honors linked so that I didn't have to pay for WiFi. The front desk person was amazing in helping me with these 2 issues. She was the best part of the stay. I won't stay there again.

This place was awful. The staff was disinterested in any kind of customer service and there was a loud group of "guests" that were unruly, made me feel unsafe and kept me from sleep most of the night. The water pressure was terrible and the hallways had food and broken glass on the dirty carpet

The hotel is very old. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but we had to use the heat and the smell of burning "whatever" coming from the vent was really bad. Also, parking is an extra charge which was ridiculous for what we paid for the room. Will not stay there again.
