Location, location, location! Close to restaurants, dining,beaches, the city center, parks, art and culture, golfing, PGA Blvd, our famous Gardens Mall, and a short drive to Roger Dean Stadium! Free parking, beach, Roku, Netflix, and wifi. You’ll love my place because of privacy, clean, comfortable, very quiet, fully stocked kitchenette and convenient location close to everything! Complete w/ fresh clean linens and towels, my place is good for solo adventurers, students, business ppl, couples! Studio apartment with easy self check in w lockbox. Your kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots and pans, utensils, sugar/sweetners, coffee, some pantry items, burner, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. Light breakfast snacks usually provided in your pantry and kitchenette. Guests have access to the entire private studio efficiency! :) Your private front door entrance (in the back of the building following the paved pathway), parking is available for free across the street on the swail. Guests will also have access to the outdoor brick oven pizza grill (charcoal). I am always available to my guests if and when need be. Never too far away, yet respect my guests' space! Best way to reach me is via airbnb message, text, or phone. No parties. Studio Apartment suitable for up to 2 people.

We stayed in this unit for five-six nights. The host was very helpful through out our stay. She stayed responsive throughout, and was accommodative of anything we needed. The unit itself was much smaller than we expected. The photos made it look bigger, but the actual space felt closer to something between a cruise-ship cabin and a small hotel room. It sort of worked ok for us, but guests should know the room is very very compact. The kitchen setup was limited. There is no microwave, and instead of a regular stovetop, only a hot plate is provided. The first one didn’t work well, but the host replaced it quickly. The listing photo showed a regular drip coffee maker, but the unit had a Keurig instead, so we had to request extra pods. The owner did supply them, but it resulted in repeated requests. Power outlets were also limited, especially near the bed. Some outlets were in awkward spots where devices had to sit on the floor. The shower water pressure was very low and made showers take much longer than normal. It took close to 30 minutes to take a basic shower, even though we usually finish in 10–15 minutes. This added unexpected delays to our mornings - an area that really needs improvement. Parking became clear after the first night, but a small map or marked photo would help future guests avoid confusion when arriving late. Overall, the host was helpful, responsive, but the space and amenities had several limitations that kept our experience at three stars.

A very clean, welcoming and overall lovely apartment & it’s so close to shopping malls, plazas and the beach!!! The host/owner is super friendly and accommodating! What a wonderful experience! I will definitely return and also recommend to everyone!

This rental was the perfect fit for an overnight stay while I attended a very early morning turtle experience at loggerhead marineland center. The center is located about 10 minutes from the rental.The rental was clean, cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The residential area was peaceful and I felt very safe. The rental is also conveniently located to other attractions which can be enjoyed The added touch of bottled water and snacks was greatly appreciated. The host was prompt in providing pertinent information for easy check-in as well as making herself available should I need assistance. Many thanks to the host for a job well done.Pricing was very reasonable for the area and I felt fortunate to have booked this rental.

So Cute and Updated!

We were on our honeymoon and the owners put out two vases of roses, and a heart shape of rose petals on the bed!! We felt so cared for, and everything in this property was so well-thought out. There was a hot plate and a toaster oven for food, a fridge, and plenty of cups, plates and utensils. The bathroom was beautiful and had a modern barn door with a very nice stone shower. The hosts took care of every request we had was communicated very well. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this quiet, safe and efficient studio for anyone who needs a simple and straightforward stay in the area!
