**My husband and I we arrived at the hotel around 12:30 pm, the person at the front desk that check in time is at 4pm, he told us there is no room available and to come back at 4 pm. We were sitting at the lobby and we were looking that other people who were checking in after us we're getting the rooms. We asked him to why other persons comes after us and getting the room and he said maybe the rooms just became available, we asked him if he could check for us if there was any rooms available but he said NO. After 1 hour we went to front desk again to the other person and asked to check if there was a rooms available, she made a call to the housekeeping and got a room for us quickly Thanks god from the other person that was so nice and tried what she could do and helped us getting the room sooner than then 4 pm. **the first day we came back in room around 5:30pm and housekeeping didn't come yet. We made a call to front desk and housekeeping to ask for bottle water but no one answered. The other days housekeeping came to clean the room after 5pm.

It is a very nice and clean hotel. But at the pool not enough umbrellas. And they don’t have a normal beach little space without chairs or umbrellas.
