I have stayed at this property several times as it is so centrally located and well run. This room was by far my favorite as it has windows facing the street and charming decor. I’ll definitely book it again!

This location is a cute boutique-like hotel, and our room was adorable. With the exception of some loose tile in the bathroom, the room was in great condition with every amenity available. With free valet and an on-site pool, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, alongside kind staff, we felt pampered. Thanks for a great stay!

Classic rental in WP

Nice, clean condo building with a comfortable, cozy efficiency room. The pool area is beautiful and the location is great. There are no amenities in the building, so it's definitely more of an private rent (air b n b) and not a hotel, at all. That being said, the grocery store is directly across the street and there are a few restaurants on the street. The only minuses are the age of the building (older elevator) and sort of outdated carpets

Awesome location, very convenient and just a few blocks from beach! Easy communication with owners, they were very understanding when we had a last minute addition to our stay and very flexible with check out when our flight was delayed. We would def stay here again if we return to Palm Beach Island.

Maybe it's b/c we went during the off-season (i.e. the hot season) but I can't say enough good things about this place. It's advertised as a condo (which it is) but feels like a hotel. (front desk people were nice.) A high end place in a high end town (Palm Beach) with a lot of old school charm for about $150 a night. Parking was convenient. 5 minute walk to Publix, which is an awesome supermarket but none near where we live. And close to the "must do" attractions like Peanut Island, the Flager Museum and the Norton Museum of Art. Close to the aiport too

The hotel is being renovated so it’s to be expected that there are tools and workers around. Having said that, the hotel is always beautiful and the staff is very friendly. As for the room, I wish there was a broom. There are beach supplies, but no way to get the sand off the floor. Everything in the room was classy. Linens, dishes, furnishings… all great. But there were no instructions for the room and the mattress was horrible. By far the worst part about the room was the mattress. Great location. Great staff. But overall, the experience was a little off. The few things I mentioned as negative are easily correctable and would have a major impact on making it a comfortable stay. I would still recommend the stay however.

I'd recommend trying another unit in the building.

The location was great, other than that everything else was pretty dissappointing for the price. To start the bed was very old, noisy, and uncomfortable. Rust was forming on the sprinkler heads in the bathroom and you could see mold growing on the shower tiles... The dehumidifier was obnoxiously loud. Noticed people smoking weed on the outside lounge area, pretty sure that is not legal in Palm Beach... My biggest complaint was that the host did not communicate with us at all when we needed something simple as more towels since we were only given two fir three nights and a plug to actually use the bathtub... I'd try another unit, because this is not the one.
