PLEASE NOTE – SCHEDULED HOA MAINTENANCE

The HOA has scheduled hallway reconditioning throughout the building, expected to take place from approximately the last week of October through mid-December, weather permitting. Work will include removal/grinding of the existing hallway coating and other related maintenance.

Work is expected to occur during normal business hours and may result in construction noise, contractors in the building, and occasional temporary access restrictions. The HOA currently plans to pause work during Thanksgiving week, with work resuming after November 30.

The exact schedule for the area surrounding this condo is not yet available, and all dates are subject to change based on weather and the HOA's progress.

Guests booking during this period acknowledge that HOA maintenance and construction-related activity may occur during their stay.

HOUSE RULES

Guests are required to complete the necessary HOA paperwork prior to arrival to ensure access through the community's security gate. Completion of this paperwork is essential for entry.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.

No Pet Policy: No Pets allowed.
