Welcome to UNIT 213!! Your perfect relaxing getaway! Furnished with chic decor and stylish furnishings you will surely find your zen! Enjoy sipping complimentary coffee from the private balcony overlooking the courtyard or just stop down and visit the quaint shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone...just a short drive to the beach, golf courses, walking trails, fishing, and water activities.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with:
-Master bedroom with King size memory foam bed.
-Master bathroom that has a rainfall shower and large soaking tub and duel vanities.
-Flat screen televisions in bedroom and living room.
-Wifi and cable.
-Half-bath located in the common area.
-Foldout futon that can also be used for additional sleeping space.
-French doors in both bedroom and living room that open to a private balcony.
-Full kitchen with flat-top range, full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and dishwasher.
-washer/dryer.
-One designated parking space in the garage. There is also additional free parking in the general lot.

Checking In: When you arrive you will drive into the underground parking and park in the designated spot for the unit. Upon arrival into the parking garage there will be a lock-box that will have the key-fob to get you into the elevator to get to the unit. Once you get to there, enter your code provided. Please note that there will be a $50 fee for any lost key-fob.

Our accommodations were outstanding! The Vrbo had a perfect location. It was well stocked with essentials, extremely clean, and the host was quick to respond when we had questions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the two door walls with an extended balcony was a real plus.The European Village was quite charming. There were small boutiques with restaurants and bars in all price ranges. Also festivals and music on the weekends made it a fun place to be. We were close to the intercostal which had many hiking trails and parks.We were very pleased with both the location and the Vrbo we rented and definitely would stay there again.

A great spot with great accommodations. The European village had a good vibe. Accessible to beautiful Palm Coast/Flagler Beach. Definitely worth it and plan to return.

This place was the best I have stayed in the European Village! Only thing I would add is a full length mirror! Everything else you could want is there and the unit is clean and has a great layout. This will be my go to spot

Very nice condo ! I did not realize tgat the property no longer had a pool, but that was my error.

Love the Sunday farmer's market and music. The people working in the restaurants & shops were very friendly. We ate at Mezzaluna and the Deli & Pub. Both were delicious
