Alluring Water Front, 2 Story Pool Home located on private street on cul-de-sac in the center of Palm Coast. Absolutely stunning newly renovated Pool home Water Front vacation in PARADISE! Bring your Boat, Jetski and Fishing gear! This unique and one of a kind modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths enough to entertain the entire family just with the water views alone. Home attributes a formal living room and dining room with scenic views to the dock and waterway. Kitchen entails custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, modern stainless-steel appliances, built in breakfast nook and a spacious butler’s pantry with ambient sky lights and modern lighting. Spacious family room has casual sectional seating with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Located on the first floor, a convenient electric and energy efficient washer and dryer in house. Also located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and custom California closet. Master bathroom with separate walk in shower, garden tub, and separate double sink vanity. Tile flooring in all common areas, and laminate on second level. EVERYTHING was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I truly enjoyed spending an entire week in this beautiful home. Although, our other guests didn't make the trip, we still enjoyed ourselves. I practically lived in the pool. There's nothing negative that I can say. Parking area was great. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, paper towels, dish detergent, pots, pans and etc. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet tissue, soap, towels, wash cloths and etc. Only thing we had to purchase was food. We didn't wanted to leave. Thanks so much for allowing us to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in your beautiful home. Wish I could've given you 10 stars.

Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house was spacious and the pool area is great. We brought our boat and was able to dock it right outside the property which was very convenient. Overall, we had a nice stay. The only issue we had was when we got there. the screen door leading to the pool was ripped and the upstairs bathroom in the shower. The shower wall had a hole in it we informed the owners within an hour of being there of these two issues and they proceeded to say that we were the ones that damaged the shower wall and when I tried informing them that it wasn’t us and we’ve only been there less than an hour, they still claimed it was. That ruined the first half of our family trip cause we know we did not damage the shower wall and being told we were liars. it was a much needed relaxing trip since we took my father-in-law who just lost his wife and all we wanted was a relaxing stress-free vacation. We have enough common sense, not to put a hole in the wall.

The house itself was nice and the owners were friendly, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by a serious pest issue. Within the first hour of arriving, we killed seven large roaches and even took photos. The owner mentioned the property had just been sprayed before our arrival, but I wish we had been advised ahead of time — especially since they did notify us about a hole in the bathroom from prior renters. We’ve rented in Florida many times and understand bugs are common, but we’ve never had an experience like this. Because of the large roaches, that would walk the kitchen floor, ceilings, we ended up cleaning thoroughly, purchasing our own bug spray, keeping the lights on at night, and spending more time outside than planned. While the hosts were nice, no alternative accommodations were offered, which was disappointing. Overall, the property has potential, but the pest issue made our stay uncomfortable.

The home was spacious and accommodated my family of 9! For those with any mobility issues, the home is great! the master is downstairs and with walk in shower that does have a small lip to step over. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Being on the canal was great for boating and kayaking! Fenced in area for the dogs was really nice as well! The pool/hot tub was awesome and the kids had a blast! It is a bit of a drive to beaches and other attractions, but not too bad. The area in general was super nice! Princess Preserve is beautiful! The owners were amazing and very responsive to any of our needs! Highly recommend this place for families! My only critique is if you have toddlers there are stairs,

This house fit our needs as far as the size, perfect for a large group. The lower level is beautifully decorated. The upper bath is quite dated, and right before we arrived, we were told the upper shower was leaking & were asked to avoid using it for the month we were there. Not ideal.The pool & hot tub were tricky to get to a preferred temperature, it took some time for the hot tub to warm up. There are some things in the house that need fixing, mostly minor, but they didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay & if you’re looking for a place in Palm Coast, this house is a good one. The neighborhood is quiet. We saw dolphins several times sitting in the patio. The outdoor space is nice, with a very spacious patio. We enjoyed having a screen porch.

Comfort on the Canal

Our recent stay at the canal-side home was simply wonderful. The house itself exceeded our expectations; it's incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with every amenity imaginable. We felt completely at home, surrounded by comfort and luxury. The dĂ©cor was tasteful and created such a relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the outdoor living space. The hosts were very courteous and responsive throughout our stay. Beyond the house itself, the location was perfect. Spending a relaxing afternoon watching dolphins playfully frolic in the canal was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. It was truly magical.We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect, offering both the tranquility of the canal and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean.

Amazing!!! This is a must!

This property was everything we imagined and more. There was tons of room inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked — we cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. Kayaking in the canals was so fun and all shops and restaurants were within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and would stay again. .

We loved our family vacation here! The house had everything that we needed (stocked kitchen, linens, towels, pool toys, etc). We loved the backyard views and amenities. The house was clean and had enough space for multiple families to enjoy time together but have personal space. The beach was a quick 10-12 minute drive away. We are already talking about rebooking next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

The house was easy to find, so clean, and bigger than the pictures made it seem! It was 15 min from the closest Walmart which was super convenient. There was a pack n play and stroller for the babies as well. Overall great experience!

Great family getaway

Property was well equipped with more than everything you could ever need! Owner was great to communicate with, home was large and clean. Everything was labeled and instructions were spot on for everything from the light switches to pool controls. Large TVs, abundance of linens too. You can see the owners really thought of everything!
