Welcome to beautiful Palm Desert. This newly updated second level 2bd 3ba. Located inside Desert Falls Country Club. Where you will have full access to the gym, tennis & pickleball courts, pay as you play golf course, restaurant & bar. Less than 5 min from the new Acrisure Arena, multiple casinos & The Living Desert Zoo. Brand new beds, furnishings, smart tv’s in every room, fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, balcony area w/ flat griddle, egg chair, and fire pit, game room in garage with ping pong table, darts, foosball table, bball arcade, his & her bikes.
The space
This is a family friendly home with plenty of entertainment inside & out. Plenty of games for the family including, board games, large & small Jenga, Lego’s, card games, 3 smart tv’s with plenty of streaming options including Netflix, Disney plus, Prime, HBO Max. Wi-Fi cable, high chair for the lil ones, a dedicated work area, printer/fax/ scan machine can be added for longer stays. The Bedrooms | Master bedroom has a new Cal-King with ultra firm mattress, large walk in closet, large deep soaking tub, his & her vanities. Bedroom 2- King size bed with soft mattress, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower. Kitchen- Fully stocked for home cooked meals. Including air fryer, blender, microwave, toaster, baking supplies, cooking oil, Laundry Room- washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron & board. The pool is located only 2 min away from the property! Also, grocery store w/Starbucks & local favorite coffee house/ sandwich shop is down the street from your exit. The Living Desert Zoo 10 min away from the property/Cabazon Dinosaurs & Outlets are short drive away. This place is perfect for a small family, weekend w/friends, romantic l on getaway.

Great location for a festival weekend. Clean, spacious and fun amenities.Walter was very easy to communicate with, and we had zero issues with check in or checkout. Only thing for us is that the beds were on the firmer side, but that comes down to our personal preference. Overall a wonderful spot for our weekend. 5/5

This unit is at least as special as described in the listing. It has been fully updated & was spotlessly cleaned. Labels on all cabinets in kitchen and throughout unit were incredibly helpful to feeling immediately settled. Walter's communications were detailed & responses to any questions were lightning-quick. We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer to take advantage of all of the amenities that come with the unit and the gated community where the unit uis located. We have stayed in VRBOs throughout thhe U.S. & Europe, and this place is at the top. Already have plans to stay here again.

The place was even better than the description. If you have kids, it’s a no brainer as there’s a plethora of activities to keep them entertained in the game room. Most importantly, for my husband and me the bed in the master was more comfortable than our bed at home. We’ll definitely be back!

This home is attractive, clean and spacious. The pictures look nice and the property is even nicer in person. It is located in a gated community with wide streets and beautiful landscaping. It was so nice to use the bicycles and electric scooters. We can't wait to come back again.

Coachella 2025 weekend

We had a great time. The home is located in a great private gated community. Everything was spotless and beautiful. We had a little bit of trouble getting through the gate, but Walter was really quick to get in contact with security. Getting rideshares could be a little tricky, but nothing a little communication can’t fix. Thank you for having us Walter, we look forward to returning next year.

Our family loved unwinding at this lovely home. The hot tub and pool felt great after a day of hiking and my kids absolutely loved the rec room and the scooters! Walter even rush shipped a light bulb when the bedroom lamp died. So thoughtful!

Amazing! Huge place, lots of amenities. Beautiful safe quiet neighborhood

This was my first time in a VRBO property and wow! I may never go back to hotels when traveling with my family. Game room was so fun. Place was bigger than expected, clean, updated and a great layout. Excellent communication from host. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location

The property is everything you would want for a family stay. We were in town for a wedding and had our 3 daughters and my wife and me. The pool was close to the house and was heated. Ralph's grocery store is less than 1/2 mile from the house, and the owner is very responsive.

Home away from home

This place was awesome! Walter was very easy to connect with and was available if anything was needed. The decor inside the home was very accommodating and inviting. Not once did we feel like we were in someone else’s place. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The amenities of both the unit and the community were great. Best Vrbo Accommodation Ever

Our stay was THE best stay we’ve had compared to ALL the rental places we’ve done before and we usually rent a place at least 2-3 a year. Walter was so accommodating to our needs. Our check in was supposed to be in the afternoon but he allowed us to check in super early with no extra fees AND when it was the day of check out he messaged me and said to not rush on checking out. How awesome is that?! He was very responsive to all the questions me and my group had and the place is amazing!! It was clean, stylish, and spacious!! Very much recommended!! Thanks Walter for letting us stay at your beautiful property and for your accommodation!
