This is for Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE (I) for a 2 bedroom 2 bath checking in on April 18, 2025 and checking out on April 25, 2025. THIS IS NOT VILLAS II, a big difference. Villas I is 427 SF larger, NEXT to the JW Marriott Hotel, has its own PRIVATE pool and fronts two golf courses!!

Enjoy Easter Weekend 2025 and the 2nd week of Cochella for 7 nights and 8 days in warm and fun Palm Desert. This is for a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit. Soak in and enjoy the 75-90 degree weather in the world renowned Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE (I)!!! Spend the week taking great hikes, playing tennis or golf, or just relaxing and playing with the family in the Marriott Hotel Pool and Spa. In fact swim in one of the 7 fantastic pools nearby and/or enjoy the 3 or 4 types of dry and wet saunas/Jacuzzi in the Marriott Clubhouse & Spa. Take a boat ride on the property's waterway to one of 3 fabulous restaurants...or to the spa... or just enjoy the ride. Go dancing nearby...or stroll and shop in wonderful Palm Springs or in the upscale La Quinta. Experience the challenging and fun 18-hole golf course that surrounds the Marriott Villas One or play grass or clay tennis on one of the 7 tennis courts on site! Plenty of things for the kids to do, tons of water excitement. Swim in the either the 25 yard pool or lap pool or play with the little ones in the baby splash pools at the Hotel or the Olympic Size pool at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center. Hike in many of the Indian Oasis trails that surround Palm Desert nearby. Or drive to Joshua Tree National Park and truly enjoy the high desert. (WE love to bicycle in the high desert from Hidden Valley to Jumbo Rocks...21.5 miles round trip!)

These villas have just recently been renovated and remodeled with American Southwest appointments and colors...simply stunning!! The grounds are amazing with real flamingos and waterways and falls, golf course and palm trees and of course excellent Marriott dining or from great breakfasts to scrumptious dinners(make sure you take the boat ride to one of the 4 restaurants for dinner only starting at 4:30 PM)!! Not to mention the excellent hospitality and service that makes this a Marriott. This luxurious resort is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family Easter holiday.

The 2nd bedroom is the spacious 600 sq ft, lock off unit with either two queen beds OR a Queen sized bed.

The "3rd Bedroom" is actually the Living Room with a Queen Size pull out. There are three TVs in the Villa: Master Bed, 2nd Bed and the Living Room. Nicely furnished and detailed appointments throughout. There is a shared common entry with the larger 1,170 square foot Master Bedroom/Living Room/Kitchen suite.

The Villa One suites overlook the Golf Course and is walking distance to the tennis courts or the Marriott Hotel itself! There is a pool across the street with an additional washing machine and dryer station in the pool room across the street. There is a Breakfast Bar and your own furnished Private Patio.

MASTER BEDROOM- King Size bed, spacious area, Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom with shower. Also the Master has a 2nd flat screen TV and a 3rd sliding door going to the private patio area.

STUDIO BEDROOM- off the shared alcove, private door into studio bedroom. Either 2 full size beds or one queen size bed. Kitchenette with microwave over a small refrigerator. Full size shower and bathtub. TV and sliding door to the large patio from the living room.

LIVING ROOM- Step down to the Living Room where the L-shaped sleeper sofa will sleep 2 (or 3 kids) which faces the flat screen TV with a DVD player for those movie rentals! Fireplace next to the TV, which is next to the sliding glass door that opens up to your private patio.

KITCHEN AREA- Full kitchen with ALL the pots and pans, dishes that you will need for your week stay. Dishwasher, coffee maker, and full size refrigerator complement the kitchen electrical appliances. Tucked away in the corner is the washer and dryer stacked up to wash those dirty clothes from all the golf and hiking you have done!

The Villas have all been renovated, remodeled and rejuvenated! During your stay at the Villas you must visit the Marriott Resort's Hotel lobby with an impressive, towering, open-air atrium. The lobby features a 60-foot sushi bar, a lounge area with comfortable sofa-type seating, and a new Starbucks. Here too are waterfalls that cascade down landscaped rock formations to a pond inside the lobby where gondolas wait to escort you through the resort's extensive waterways, exiting the lobby through large glass doors that slide open to allow access. At night a gondola can transport your party to and from the Resort's well-known Japanese Restaurant Mikado as well.

The Resort (including the Villas) is only a 2.5 hour drive from L.A. You may also fly directly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP) where it is a 20 minute drive, Or LA Ontario which is 50 minutes from your front door!

On the outskirts there is still so much to do!! A number of Gambling Casinos can be found in the immediate area, plus a short drive away, just off I-10 in Cabazon, is the large, Las Vegas-style Morongo Casino and Resort. Adjacent to the Casino is a huge complex of "Factory Outlets" where those who don't gamble can shop till they drop. If you desire a more elegant shopping experience visit the world famous El Paseo Shopping District featuring over 300 world-class shops, clothing boutiques, art galleries, jewelers, restaurants and much more...all lined along a beautifully maintained picture-postcard floral and statue-filled mile! Known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, El Paseo boasts a wide spectrum of stores from Escada, GUCCI and St. John Boutique to BCBG, bebe, and J. Crew as well as individually-owned boutiques.

You can visit the TRAMWAY and possibly play in the snow at the top (depending on the time of year and the weather), visit the "Living Desert," the "Botanical Gardens," the "Date Farm," the "Airplane Museum," the "Art Museum" (free admission Thursdays from 4 - 8 pm) and take the "Art Tour." Enjoy the Village Street Fest on Palm Canyon Drive every Thursday from 6-10 pm featuring live entertainment and the chance to browse booths filled with unique hand-crafted treasures and delicious local food, and explore Joshua Tree National Park where two ecosystems converge in a wild terrain.

For evening entertainment there is the McCallum Theatre. There is also a plethora of popular dinner clubs.
