Gorgeous pool with private pickle ball court, BBQ island and more. PRIVATE PICKLE BALL COURT, BBQ island, outdoor wet bar, fire pit, LED lit wrought iron gazebo in the rose garden with Palm trees, bougainvilleas, Palo Verde, and citrus trees all surrounded by twelve foot tall hedges. Four large Bedrooms with "en suite" bathrooms and one bedroom/office with separate entrance. Master bedroom has two sided fireplace connecting large en suite bathroom with jacuzzi-tub, a large steam shower and walk in closet. Laundry room adjacent to two car garage, gated RV parking and semi circular driveway enough, for 6 or more vehicles. Fully furnished with two extra large flat screen TV's and streaming providers including Netflix and Amazon Prime. This is a private home NOT in a HOA. Near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, airport, golf and tennis, less than 5 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. Dog OK. Amazingly Beautiful and Spacious House In Palm Springs

The beauty of this property exceeded my expectations even after reviewing the photos. The owner takes great pride in her property and truly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. Communication with her and her property manager is seamless. The bedrooms are separated from the spacious open area kitchen, LR, and DR so noise from a large family is not a problem. You are a 5 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute drive from downtown's shops and restaurants. (Being so close to the airport, you will have noise from the overhead jets so if that's a problem for you, you know!) We had our grandsons (age 11 and 14) and relatives and friends in every age group into the 70's visit and everyone loved the heated pool, fire pit (amazing on chilly nights), and the pickleball court. The beauty and privacy of the backyard landscaping is truly amazing! The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed and there are 2 grocery stores and a shopping plaza a half mile away!

Sunny February in Palm Springs

The property was spacious and well appointed with tall ceilings and open floor design. It easily accommodated my wife and I as well as our family and friends. Back yard is very nice with pool, hot tub, green space, and pickleball court. The palm trees, cypress trees and flowers planted throughout make it very pretty and relaxing. Great place to stay.
