A light and open 1960 Alexander home in Racquet Club Estates located five minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The salt-water pool is surrounded by lush grass for kids and adults alike. The covered patio and shade trees provide respite from the sun, while the outdoor BBQ and fridge keep you fed and refreshed all day long. Hello..you are wonderful..relax,lif is good. That's the vibe here.

The primary on suite bedroom has it's own private dining area just outside the double doors, both this bedroom and the second bedrooms feature king size beds, while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All three bedrooms offer high-quality pillows and linens, flat screen TV's, black-out shades, and closets.

PALM SPRINGS HAS NEW STRICT RULES REGARDING NOISE, NUMBER OF CARS ALLOWED AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. THERE IS NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. 1 CAR ALLOWED PER BEDROOM AND MAX 2 PEOPLE PER BEDROOM. IF THERE IS A PARTY WE WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.
