Everything has been updated for the way we live today, including upgraded heating and cooling systems, four flatscreen TVs, and upgraded high-speed internet with speeds starting at 400 Mbps perfect for remote work and streaming. There s also a gas fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters throughout. ** The term Pets Allowed or Pets Accepted at a Casago vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. SLEEPING QUARTERS Each bedroom features a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite includes a King bed, en suite bath, and private doors that open to the yard. Perfect house that had everything we needed and more. If there wasn’t lots to do in Palm Springs we might have spent all our time in the pool and around the fire pit.

Lovely stay!

This property is an absolute gem. We had such a lovely, relaxing time and can’t wait to book again. Easy check in and check out process, clear instructions, fully stocked kitchen. The only hiccup we ran into was a miscommunication about having the pool/spa heated, but it was easily and quickly fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Relaxing - Palm Springs Style

This house was great. Loved the firm and flat mattress - unlikely to get that in a hotel! The decor was elegant and perfectly Palm Springs. High quality furniture, recent renovations, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more). To top it all off, a lovely pool and great views of the mountains.

Excellent Stay!

The property was as billed, very clean, well-stocked, and accommodating. The process went very smoothly. The only wrinkle was construction on a pool next door that began at 6:30AM on a Saturday morning, featuring shouting, but nothing a trip out for breakfast didn't fix. Thanks for a great weekend!

A gem in the desert

For our first trip to the Palm Springs area, we wanted a house with a pool and all the other amenities. This property filled the bill exactly. It came with pretty much everything we expected and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see. A great choice!

Wonderful property close to downtown Palm Springs!

The property exceeded our expectations - the backyard is spectacular! It's like your own little resort. The pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area and firepit area were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was perfect for gathering and hanging out. We liked the addition of games and the detailed instruction manual too. A very quiet neighbourhood close to town. Hopefully, we'll be back one day!

Landscaping superb, house wonderful.. Only one tiny complaint: the heating system (it was unusually cold during our November say of four days, ) The furnace has two problems:: hardlly heats master bedroom which is at other end of house, and it is extremely noisy in the two bedrooms close to its location in a closet.

Private Oasis

Coming out of a long grey, rainy winter in Oregon, we needed some sun therapy. The Modern Loma Vista property was the perfect escape. The backyard is very private and the flora and abundant fauna (hummingbirds galore, lizards, butterflies, dragonflies, and even bunnies) entertained and delighted us while we soaked in the hot and played/lounged in the pool. ACME did a great job of messaging instructions and the stay went well. No complaints and we would absolutely rent this property again. The location was close to everything and the house felt like it could be home.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed our family stay. The outdoor area provided all the amenities we were looking for and the house was impeccably clean. The latter point cannot be overemphasized. Typically with a vacation rental we need to rewash the dishes and make do with a random collection of dishes and kitchenware. This place was fully stocked, even for the preparation of a Thanksgiving meal, with new kitchen items. Towels, linens etc all top notch. We'd stay with ACME again if this is their standard.

Beautiful gem in heart of Palm Springs!

On our second visit to Palm Springs we elected to stay there instead of La Quinta and we weren't disappointed! The neighborhood was easy to get to and was very quiet. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable with lovely beds and relaxing common areas. Although we had trouble with the front door code, the garage access was the best and we used that to keep our car in as well as to go in and out. The best part of the house was the reason we chose it in the first place- the backyard!!!! Every morning we would sit in one of the many places outside and watch the hummingbirds come and go while we drank our coffee. In the evening we would do the same or would sit in the hot tub which would warm up very quickly. The hot tub was especially welcome after doing the 12 mile San Jacinto Peak hike. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely come back to this house next time.

Loved our stay

We were so comfortable at this home. It was a family spring break trip with grandparents and a teenager. The rooms were all so comfortable, the living room and dining room great for card playing and tv watching, the kitchen well stocked for cooking utensils, a wonderful grill on the patio - and the lovely, lovely backyard, of course! The pool and spa were refreshing, the different seating areas so pretty, and we are every meal at the outdoor table. The property managers were very clear and timely in their communications and had a great book of house information. We had zero issues to raise with them however. The Palm Springs noise rules meant it was all very peaceful and restful! It’s a quiet part of town.

Amazing Family Getaway

This was the perfect house for us! We spent time most of our time in the pool and family room. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could possibly need!
