Never checked in. Upon arrival, there are 3 police cars and the officers highly suggested finding another hotel room. :(

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was not cleaned, including no refresh of towels or garbages for the entire stay. There were constantly people loitering outside of our room. There were very noisy people above us. We did not feel safe. I am glad we did not bring it kids.

The room was extremely small, and they couldn’t supply additional blanket or pillows. No accessible outlets to charge devises (had to move furniture to access). No shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer, and not enough towels. But clean, and had a great view of the mountains from the second floor. And the price was right.

Very dirty. Had to ask for change of sheets and towels. Staff double charged me for my room and now I have to deal with the extra forex fees and getting the second charge reversed... Will not stay here again.
