This luxury home has been walled for privacy. The backyard is spacious and well-planned with lots of gathering places. The pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges, occasional seating, and alfresco dining - plus a built in BBQ grill. There's also a fire pit lounge. Breathtaking mountain views add to the magic of this fabulous property.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Suite has a King bed, access to a patio, a desk for remote working/learning, and an ensuite bath. Guest Suite 1 has a Queen bed, access to the pool yard, and an ensuite bath. Guest Room 2 also has a Queen bed and easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Great location in the very popular Movie Colony East - a quarter mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. An easy walk to Ruth Hardy Park.
