The first 50⏠of consumption (approximately 145kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the client, at the price of 0.35âŹ/kWh. During the low season - when heating systems may be necessary - a total of 50⏠of consumption will be included for each booking, regardless of whether it is electrical or non-electrical. Non-electrical consumption can be gas, diesel or propane, depending on the source used by the property's heating system.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2 ⏠per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
