Our stay here was lovely. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond to making our stay memorable. Jesus, Daniel, and Pilar made our stay extra special. The hotel it’s self is gorgeous and the small details make the stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent time at the Sant Jaume Design Hotel. The property was very clean and all the staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The property is centrally located with excellent cafes, shops and restaurants close by. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We were greeted with a glass of cava and a thoughtful run through of sights to see around Palma with a helpful marked up map to use. Our room was upgraded with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in there. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooftop is perfect to unwind after a day sightseeing. The location is also excellent, steps away from the main shopping areas but down a quieter side street which felt like a haven away from the busy streets. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we go to Palma and I would also recommend to anyone considering a trip to Palma. We had a wonderful stay.
