On busiest street in Palma. All German clientele.
Hotel was on the busiest street in Palma which was almost exclusively German. Extremely load but could not hear the racket from our room at the back.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, wenn man dort die feierlichen Örtlichkeiten regelmäßig an langen Tagen besucht. Der Service war allerdings von Anfang an schlecht. Beim Betreten der Rezeption hat es,trotz gut gefüllten Personal an der Theke, gedauert bis man hervortreten konnte. Der Check In war die reinste Katastrophe. Von der Suche der Reisebestätigung (trotz vorhandener Reservierungsnummer)bis hin zur Bändchen Vergabe sollte man min. eine Stunde einplanen. 100€ p.P an Kaution von der in keiner email einmal daraufhin gewiesen wurde, sollte man ebenfalls mit einplanen. Nicht zu vergessen, dass man am besten alles in Bargeld zur Verfügung hat. Denn das Kartensystem scheint noch aus nicht ausgereift genug zu sein, für solche Beträge die man zuzahlen hat. Bei Verzicht auf Bargeld wäre only eine Kreditkarte von Nöten. Generell ist beim Personal des gesamten Hotels eine hohe Toleranz von Ignoranz erforderlich. Den Preis für „ Null Bock auf menschen“ bekommt der Kellner, der auch gerne mal kurz vergessenes Eigentum unter den Nagel krallt. Für das Zimmer braucht man handwerkliches Geschick, falls jemand Kühlschrank oder Klimaanlage benutzen möchte. In der Dusche kracht es da auch gerne mal aus allen Löchern an Wasser. Essen dient zur Grundlage. Sekt am Morgen vertreibt da alle Kummer und sorgen. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass Spanisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil wären. Aus jahrelanger Erfahrung der umliegenden Hotels mit 4 Sterne, wären hier 2 Sterne auch völlig ausreichend.
