Great location

This apartment is in a great location. One block to University Ave, which has many restaurants, and a cute neighborhood for morning walks. It is clean and has new appliances in the kitchen. The patio is nice for relaxing. A couple of notes for future guests: the washer and dryer are shared among the apartments and require quarters to operate. The parking is best suited for a compact car.

The Best

We stayed in this lovely, bright and spacious apartment for two weeks. The king bed was comfortable and the fluffy towels were high quality. The garden/patio was wonderful. It was very easy for my husband who uses a walker to manage. And the bonus was Ana Luisa who was so helpful and responsive from inquiring and making the reservation to the checkout and everything in between. She gets 5 stars! A great experience.

A lovely rental with a lovely garden!

We were in town to visit our son, a student at Stanford. The walk to campus every day was very pleasant. The apartment is 1 block to University Ave for coffee, restaurants, and shopping. While our son was in class or at training, I worked in the property’s beautiful garden, accessible from the main living room and the bedroom. The roses were in full bloom, and sometimes a hummingbird paid a visit. Ana was a most responsive host! We will visit again.

Close to Stanford

This is a great property that is very clean and close to the Stanford campus. Ana Luisa was a wonderful host who responded to all our questions very quickly. We’re looking forward to returning to Palo Alto again and this property will be at the top of our list.

Great Location

This place was perfect for us during COVID Thanksgiving. We bought a patio heater (that we gave to our son) and had our socially distanced meals outdoors with our adult son, daughter and son-in-law. It was great to feel safe in a time of stress. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own pots, pans and utensils. It was pretty sparse -- three forks? The Internet was too unstable for us to work from home -- these are not problems that would be an issue if we were not in a lockdown and eating all of our meals in the unit.

Wonderful listing! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this property while my husband had an extensive surgery at Stanford. This was the perfect place for us! We were just a block from a great little market with craft beer and we were able to walk to all meals as well as coffee shops and cvs! Just 15 minutes from Stanford, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed!

The owner has a gem here for sure! Such a cute comfortable place to stay, the host was very accommodating and had great communication. The location is prime, so much within walking distance! We would definitely rent from her again!

Five-star Property in Palo Alto

This property was a perfect fit for my husband and I as we were visiting family in Palo Alto. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the attractive and comfortable furnishings. The outdoor is private and relaxing. In addition, the location is convenient and within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. Ana Luisa is responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property...we definitely plan to rent again when in Palo Alto!
