Loose outlets (pulled out of the wall when you unplug something), broken faucet in the bathroom, dirty sheet in the first room. Staff moved us to another room quickly but this too. Also had a loose outlet. The breakfast was mediocre compared to previous stays. We have stayed here many times and never had this poor quality of accommodations and food.

The hallway on the second floor smelled like a dirty diaper and then it smelled like weed. The shower curtains don’t contain the water when you shower so the floor gets soaking wet.

Nobody was ever at the front desk to greet us. Our room had a broken window, no plug for the bathtub, sink by the coffee pot was stained and didn't work. The blow dryer didn't work. We never saw a maid to tidy our room. We had to go to front desk for out toilet paper twice. The pillows were stiff and hard. I booked the motel because it had an indoor swimming pool, come to find out it wasn't working. When we found out the pool didn't work we asked to cancel our reservation, they said we could not get a refund. I will never book with this motel again.

The pool was out of order. The vending machines weren’t stocked with drinks. The breakfast was AWFUL. Bagels were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. The pancake machine wasn’t working and there was expired milk in the breakfast fridge. The expired milk in the breakfast fridge was also luke warm. The air conditioner in our room barely worked and the fridge in the room froze food on the bottom shelf and didn’t cool at all on top. Very disappointed in this stay

I specifically picked this room for the jetted tub and it did not work. The employee at the counter was very nice, but didn’t know how to make it work. The mattress was sunk in on one side. It was just disappointing about the tub. I could have gotten a cheaper room instead of paying extra for it.

Sad staycation.

Didnt say online their pool was under renovation. Which is the only reason i booked here. Breakfast was lack luster. Ran out of everything and only refilled the eggs. Probably wont be back. Halls smell like mildew. Disappointing.
