The owner,Mr and Mrs Jheelan puts on rent " The Protea apartment" situated at a distance of 250m from the most beautiful beaches of Trou aux biches in Mauritius and 500m to Mon Choisy beach with crystal clear turquoise water and a safe place to swim,all the year round adapted for all aged person alike.
The beaches the most sought after are of Trou aux biches and Mon Choisy .
The Impala rentals is located off the main coastal road opposite Hotel Coral Azure, in Mon Choisy on the coastal road linking Grand bay and further towards Péreybère and Cap Malheureux .
The residence is situated in a calm and relaxing place away from cars and street noise next to a reserve for birds with the chirping of birds being heard all day long..
Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy public beaches, restaurants, supermarket, amenities with beach activities are within 500m from the apartment,5 minutes towards Trou aux biches on foot or 2 extra minutes to go to Mon Choisy.
It is located in a building known as the Impala Mauritius with a total of six self catering flats conceived especially for holiday makers and perfectly located next to beaches, restaurants and amenities. All the apartments have both air-conditioned and ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room and dining room. It is a 2-4 and even 5 sleeper accommodation type and put on a short term rental basis.
There is one double bed and a single bed in the bedroom of the Proteaapartment and has its own private access and entrance and nothing is shared with others except for the laundry room, parking spots, main entrance, walkway and have their own Lcd Tv and set of sofa each with a triple sitting arrangement, a double sitting and one single sitting. There are also armchairs and a private balcony in each apartment with a dining room with a table and four balcony has a table and chair for those who would prefer to eat outside rather than in the dining room.
Airport transfers (arrival and return ) are done at 100€ for a 2 way transfers and offered Free of cost for a stay of 45 days or more.
For a stay of more than 30 days but less than 45 days, one way transfer is provided free of cost.
All the apartments are duly registered by the Tourism Authority, a department falling under the Mauritius Ministry of Tourism and leisure (license number 01927) and is licensed to operate as self catering flats and have their own electronic digital safe and anti burglar bars. Access to the building is however monitored by Cctv cameras and in the apartment is also installed intruder alarm system triggering a rapid response to a security company in the unlikely event of any breaking or intruder entry as per the legislation and laws put in place by the said Ministry.
Bed linen, dish cloth and bathroom towels are all provided, with housekeeping and changed twice a week and is included in the rental cost. There are no charges for end of stay cleaning and the price is inclusive of all taxes.
A chauffeur with private car and taxis are available for day excursion around the island at a cost of 75 Euros.
For excursions at sea/inland or to visit the islets by catamaran cruise or speed boat around the island, different proposals can be put forward following your budget.
Free 24 hours internet wifi is available in the apartment.
The best beaches of Mauritius are just “a 5 minutes” walk with fine white golden sand with turquoise water.
For snorkeling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing, this is the ideal spot in the whole island and a variety of water sports are also on offer at local beaches.
There are several restaurants in the corner and offer local, Chinese, Indian, English or western cuisines and most menus come with a fairly reasonable price.

It consists of six self catering independent holiday units, able to cater for different needs, either for two sleepers ideal for couples or honeymooners, a medium family with four sleepers for four (4) persons, or a great family with six sleepers for six (6) persons with sufficient rooms for any extra`s on request.
Starting Price for a 2 person’s fully airconditioned apartment with breakfast is 50 Euros per Night.
Self Catering Apartments for 1 to 4 persons in Mauritius close to two of the most beautiful beaches of Mauritius in The North of the island in Mont Choisy. Trou aux Biches public beach is at 200m and Mon Choisy less than 500m.

Price is 50 Euros / Night for a fully airconditioned apartment for 2 persons with one bedroom only.

Airport pick up and return transfers 24/7 can be arranged at an extra cost for the taxi fare. ( 50 euros each way )
Free Airport Transfers is provided if you stay 45 nights and more.
If you stay less than 45 nights but more than 30 nights, then the return transfer from the apartment to the airport will be at your cost (50€).
After every 4 nights stay cleaning is provided except on Sundays. The apartment is secured . Breakfast is 5€/ pax.
Meals consisting of 4 different dishes is for 25 / 2 persons consisiting of a plate of rice with bread,salad,dessert, a vegies and either one of the tropical delicacies fish or prawns
