The location is fantastic with great lake and volcano views and a short walk to the Main Street. The hotel however is v average. The rooms are v dated, the bathroom smelt of drains and overall it’s noisy. Average at best.

The hotel facilities did not look as pictured. The rooms are extremely dated, they don’t have AC or any temperature control. The property is marketed as a hotel but it looks more like a guest house. Also, the room service started before 8:00am when some of the guests are still sleeping. Food is average.
