Good location. But the owners penny pinch for everything. They accused us of breaking the mini mirror when we told staff right away what happened and the manager said not to worry and later that night we were told the owner wants us to pay for it. For that reason I won’t stay here again we’ve lost trust

I liked everything, I thought the price included breakfast but it didint however everything else was pretty amazing we enjoyed it and everyone was super friendly, we will be back :) Room was pretty spacious, clean very clean, even the pillows smelled clean which was great.

We have stayed here on 2 different trips several years apart. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The rooms could really use some updating but I would stay again if I return to Panajachel.

Great choice In Panajachel!

Excellent stay at this hotel, right off the busy strip. Super friendly staff, and clean and comfortable room. Hope to return someday. Very good breakfast as well
