This gorgeous condo, has the MASTER ON THE GULF with a KING SIZE BEDS in the master suite and 2nd bedroom. Both have new mattress sets. There is also a separate Custom BUNK ROOM with twin over twin with its own flat screen television. It's like having a 3 Bedroom for the price of a Two!

This fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and a Keurig.

There are 2 FULL BATHS in this unit and a spacious laundry room with FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER.

There is also FREE WIFI and upgraded cable! Enjoy watching the game on a new 55 inch television!

Free Beach Service is offered from 3/1 -10/31.

Alesia, the host, was fantastic to work with and communication was easy. Her place is absolutely beautiful, great location, easy access, clean, parking was no problem at all, we went in October and the elevators were quick. Everything was clean and the view is unbeatable! Well stocked with all basic necessities, tons of TV channels if you do need them, games, local guides. All beds were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back and could not recommend it more.

Lovely place

This condo was exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we would have planned for longer. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen set up, Would definitely use them again. FYI Elevators were a little slow but that has nothing to do with actual condo.

Wonderful stay in PCB

The property was phenomenal. The oceanfront view was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. The room had plenty of space for our family of 6. Besides being a few steps from the beach we also liked the close proximity to 30A as well. We'd definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The place was great! The owner was very nice and prompt with communication. We had five people total and were very comfortable in the unit. Even with occasional elevator trouble the wait for elevators was minimal, which is great in a high rise. I highly recommend this unit.

We have been back to this property a few times now and we love it every time! PCB is one of our favorite places to go! Waking up to the view of the ocean every day is a dream! We love that it is a little quieter on this side of the beach!

Best VRBO I've had to date

My family and I came down to PBC for Spring Break looking for a peacful location with a beachfront view. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well decorated and beachy. The beds were amazing and slept so well. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The view was panoramic and did I mention it was clean? When you go to the beach, you want it to feel beachy. It did! Seems like an interior decorator was used. The appliances were all new or nearly so. I told my husband, "Either the owners use this place personally or they just really care". The instructive notebook was also helpful. It wasn't too loud or busy at the beach. The beach chairs that come with it were an added plus. The kids rode jet skis which were available for $80/30 min. and located directly in front of the condo. Totally worth the price. We'll be back!!

Beautiful Views, Comfortable Stay

We booked this stay for a family beach vacation and to take my mom away for her birthday! The stay was perfect. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. The beds were so comfortable and views of the gulf were stunning! The kids loved the pools especially since we had double red flags most of our trip and my mom loved relaxing by the ocean in rebpeovided chairs to rest or read! We would definitely book this stay again!

Disappointing start

When we arrived at the condo, the entry code did not work. That was resolved, but the unit had not been cleaned and that issue was not resolved until 10:00pm. Having lost an entire evening, we were only reimbursed the cleaning fee, despite reaching out to the owner multiple times.

Home away from home

great trip

The condo was decorated very pretty. location was great for shopping..eating. We slept really good because the beds were so comfy. it was a fast trip we took but had no problems getting the condo. owner was very helpful. Beach was beautiful and we met lots of nice people.

Perfect!

We enjoyed everything about our stay, from how close the beach was to having everything we needed in the condo. Kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the rooms were perfect size to fit us all, and the view from the seating on the balcony was a dream. We literally couldn't believe our trip was so fast. I can't wait to go back one day!
