We loved our stay in 107A! The condo was clean, comfortable and really cute. We love the convenience of being on the first floor so we didn't have to take the elevator and the beach supplies like chairs and toys were really helpful so we didn't have to use the room to pack our own. Nicole was great to work with and very responsive. She answered any questions I had and was great to help when we had some rude guests staying above us. I would highly recommend this condo and if we are in the PCB area for ball again, this will be our stop.

A fabulous week get away

As a newly retired couple we traveled from Wisconsin to Florida to stay for a week and enjoy the ocean. It was fabulous! The beach is clean, white sand and a close walk.we were able to get into the ocean easily and float around every day. I did some shell collecting-they are all over! This is my new favorite spot to vacation! We will be back again!

Love this condo

We have stay A107 a couple of times and everytime it has been perfect! The condo itseld is very clean, has everthing you need and so cozy. Beds are very comfortable! I love staying here and will continue to book for all our PCB vacations. Location is perfect for me and my family! Nicole is very easy to reach and very quick to respond!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect. We took this vacation with my brother and my family before his cancer surgery. It was so clean and perfect location. The beach wasn’t overly crowded. The neighborhood was gated and very safe. We felt safe letting our teenagers walk around without us. She was very caring about by brother and asked about his progress. We have already booked for next year. Any maintenance being done while there she text us and let us know progress and checked on us as soon as we arrived. Love this place!

Great property and location!

This property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, well-furnished, and in such a good location. We could get to everything but were away from the heavy traffic areas. Such a cute condo, and communication was excellent!!

The property is just as listed. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. I like that it was only up 1 flight of stairs. We never used the busy elevators. They have nice beach chairs to use. The owner was great with communication. The walk to the beach was easy.

Very nice area/neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed the condo was lacking in kitchen and household supplies. I know these things are not required but we’ve always rented from people who had their units well stocked. Additionally the listing stated access to the property amenities, including an exercise room, which I learned upon arrival was only accessible for owners and long term guests.

Great Stay

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Pinnacle Port is definitely a family friendly place. Beach was great, just a few min walk from the condo and not crowded at all. Unlike some other VRBO condos we’ve stayed in before, this one had a great kitchen. Fully stock with CLEAN well taken care of pots and pans and silverware. My only recommendation would be to add a baking sheet or pizza pan to the supplies. Parking was plentiful, even though the condo didn’t have its own dedicated space, we always found a spot close to our entry points.

Great Property/Attentive Owner = Excellent Stay!

This property is great! We loved our stay and could not have been happy with the location (close to two grocery stores and many restaurants). The accommodations were just as advertised. Newly renovated and nice interior. Clean and even had starter dish pods, laundry pods and soap. The owner, Nicole, is amazing! Even checked-in to make sure all was up to par! Such a great place and Pinnacle Port/Carillon is a wonderful location to take advantage of all the resorts amenities! Will stay here again!

Highly recommend!!! This condo was very nice and clean. It was decorated so cute, and was very well equipped! The location was perfect! We loved being on the first floor so we could avoid the elevators if we wanted to. We loved everything about this condo! The best part of the whole vacation experience was Nicole!!! She was by far, the best that I have ever dealt with during a VRBO experience!! I highly recommend this condo and Nicole!

Wonderful Place

The condo is even better than described. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. It’s right on the beach, the building and grounds are great, close to dining and shopping, and just an adorable place for the whole family. We will definitely recommend and look to dry there again.

Fantastic Condo in a Beautiful Area

Amazing spring break! Our twin 11 year boys and their friend had the best time at the heated pool, on the beach and bike riding in Carillon. A very relaxing getaway. And the owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with on everything. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Access

This location was excellent. There's a little community center just a short walk away with pizza, Our Little Beach cafe which was awesome and Shipwreckt which is a cute little shop. We biked along 30A and through the different neighborhoods/beaches... the bike path isn't quite finished to get onso slight offroading but easy enough. This beach and resort is definitely not a "spring break" crowd which was perfect for us. The beach was excellent with lots of shells and beautiful water. The pool was nice but unfortunately was only open for two days of our stay. The cute little beach bar would've been perfect but unfotunately that wasn't open at all during our stay. The location and access of this property was awesome and I'd definitely stay here again! Also, Nicole was great to work with and very communicative!
