This condo had everything that we needed. Very clean and huge balcony with nice furniture with an amazing view of the ocean. Location was great and away from the crowds. Parking was wonderful right in front of the elevator. 20 minutes to the airport was so nice. Two comfortable beach chairs with an umbrella. Victoria was wonderful with answering any questions you might have. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay!!

Awsome condo

The condo was awsome, clean, and parking was excellent. The elevator wait was very minimal. I can't comment on the other amenities the condo had because I didn't use them. The particular unit was very clean and the balcony overlooking the Gulf of America was nicely furnished as well as the interior of the unit. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Military Retirement Celebration

Everything the listing and pictures show plus more. Starting with the parking spot being by elevators, luggage carts literally right there, elevators are super fast and last, the first view from balcony. Wow.Cant say enough good things from the whole facility to excellent communication with owner. We will be back, not just ti the property but with this specific condo

Our second stay and won’t be our last.

This was our second stay in this condo. The place is well stocked and beautiful inside. The owner is very accommodating and actually helped us out when we arrived to find the pool was under repair during our stay. Being on the top floor also offers you some incredible sunset views.

Perfect summer vacation!

My husband and our two kids had the best time here. We stayed here the first week in June. The unit was perfect just as described. The views were amazing. Its location was perfect away from some of the crazy traffic but still close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful unit

The unit was spacious and we loved the two beds in the one room for our kids to share. One in our party doesn't like heights but the 23rd floor acclimated quickly. The washing machine and dryer were very quick and we used it several times. The ice maker in the freezer was so nice to have. Unfortunately for us it was double red flags for most of our stay which meant we were on the wrong end of the city for the family friendly attractions. We did learn that St. Andrew State park had single red flag for the jetties and tide pools so there was still ocean to swim in. We text the owner a few times for recommendations with very quick responses. Having a code to get in the door was WAY convenient as we didn't have to keep track of keys and our kids could go up to the room at any time.

Our family was very happy with the unit. It was clean upon arrival and ready for the week. The views from the rooms were great. We were able to see a lot do marine life in the water from the room. Nice accommodations and would recommend to others. We would stay here again in the future.

This trip with my family was amazing. The condo was amazing and the view was breathtaking. It was a very peaceful experience with no issues. The owners communication was flawless. The unit was clean and seemed up to date. The hole process was very simple and without any issues. If we go back to the area this place will be on the top of our stay.

Lofty Perch

From our lookout on the balcony of the property we were able to see animals in the surf. We saw dolphins, rays, and a sea turtle. Also we saw a bald eagle, pelicans and numerous seagulls. Our stay (last of October) occurred just before a cold weather snap. What a nice way to end the warm season!
