Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic.


This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a spacious KING size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 queen size bunk beds and a flatscreen TV.

The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sleeper.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. Come join us at Majestic 503 and have the vacation of a lifetime!

Our two month stay was just what we needed. Nice open plan with breathtaking views of the ocean. The nice large balcony was a plus, and enjoyed relaxing, or eating some of our meals. It was clean and didn’t have any trouble with the appliances. The extra rooms were nice to have when we had guests. Great location and close to many great restaurants. We would for sure stay there again. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time on vacation while staying in this condo! We had a group of 9 and it was comfortable and spacious for everyone. The bunk room was much roomier than the pictures showed. The living room furniture is no longer a sectional but we were happy with the furniture that was there. The balcony was a wonderful surprise! It is very spacious and also has different furniture than the pictures. The current furniture is so nice and cozy! This condo is on the 4th floor and conveniently located right outside the stairwell which was very handy since the walkway to the parking garage is on the 3rd level. It was quicker to take the stairs than wait on an elevator. The condo itself is in great condition but we had a few minor complaints. The master bedroom right inside the main entrance does get very hot at night time. We had to use a box fan all week to circulate air to that room. And the dryer takes FOREVER to finish a load of clothes. The heating element doesn’t work well. That was annoying. Small issues that wouldn’t prevent us from booking this condo again. 9/10! A few disclaimers
 This condo is in tower 2 and the main pool is located in tower one. The walk to that pool got old within a few days. The main pool in tower two was closed for most of the week with no explanation from security staff. We asked several times. This was inconvenient since the main pool for tower 2 is located directly below us but yet it was closed.

The condo was spacious and well furnished. Absolutely loved the balcony furniture. The complex could lighten up a little on the bracelets they require. One guard asked us to see them as we were leaving and going to our car to go eat. Luckily my grand daughter had one on her ankle and my husband had one on so I guess she assumed the other 5 of us were ok too!

Overall great stay. Thermostat quit working over night. Called to request maintenance and was told they would send someone out. We had left the condo to go run errands and venture out and returned at around dinner time to the thermostat still not working however my husband was able to get it fixed.

Perfect property

The condo was better than the pictures. It has two new sleeper couches. I had 7 boys age 17 and 18. They could walk to restaurants and attractions. The condo was big and clean. The amenities and the building were well kept. I will stay again.

Great stay!

I loved everything about the room except for the TV in the master bedroom only gets 1 channel. I reached out on day 1 and was told they would send someone to fix it. But during the whole 7 day trip no one ever came. I sent reminder emails and never received a response back. I eventually went to Walmart and bought an Roku box to hook up on the TV, but even that didn’t work because the TV was so old it doesn’t support any advanced technology. Other than that I absolutely loved everything else about this condo.

Fantastic condo; Property managers/HOA need improvements.

The condo, location and building amenities were perfect. Pictures don’t do the condo justice. We had two 10yo boys and a teenager and even though it was winter time, they had plenty to do onsite with hot tubs, heated pools, and theatre. My one complaint is with the property management group, Emerald Coast Destjbations and the HOA caused a lot of headaches when we first arrived. One adult from our group arrived a couple hours earlier than the rest and despite me asking for the parking pass link to purchase the passes, i never got it. We arrived on New Years Day which was a holiday so no one was in the office to confirm this. Security guards were nice enough to let us park our vehicles but said our vehicles would be towed if we get the passes and we were not allowed to leave with our vehicles until getting the passes. It was nearly two hours after calling the “emergency” number for Emerald Coast that someone finally texted me the link so we could buy the passes. We had all the codes to get into the condo unit but at one point security said we couldn’t go into the condo and had to stay with our vehicles. Another guard came down to look at our reservations, see where we had messaged and called EC and allowed us to go to the condo and return to the garage if/when EC finally sent us info to purchase the passes.

Nice roomy condo - great location!

It was great but quite loud with it being bike week! Condo was very nice but the door jambs and baseboards need to be repaired. Front door looks dirty but it’s actually peeling. Needs to be repainted. Overall very nice and would definitely stay again!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the majestic. We prefer the beach over the pool so we didn’t care that the pools weren’t the best. Our room was gorgeous and enough room for all 8 of us.

Very nice, large condo.

Everything was perfect except the parking. We hadn’t received an email for the link to register our cars before arrival. It took quite a bit of time to get it all straightened out. In addition, we thought $40/car was very expensive- especially since we were only able to stay three nights.

We had a great stay! The unit was awesome for two families, plenty of room for four adults and six kids. The bunk room was perfect for all the kids. The outdoor furniture was better than pictured which was a huge plus. To top it all off the unit was very clean. We all enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The condo was amazing with a lot of space and everything you need. The views were amazing and in a great location at PCB. The down side is getting unloaded and moved in is a slow process. The garage elevator is slow and the workers you get the carts from are in no hurry to say the least. Our check in time was 4pm but the room wasn’t clean until 5pm. The upside of this place outweighs the downside and I would definitely rent here again.

Nice Condo

The condo was really nice. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in. Nice comfortable furniture. We had a total of 10 people and had plenty of room. Balcony was big with very nice furniture. The photos need to be updated bec living room and balcony is alot nicer than pictured. Only negative is pots, pans, knives (very dull and worn out) need to be replaced. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry det, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee filters. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided and 1 garbage bag. This property is managed by a company and you can tell. Could’ve been cleaner but I brought Clorox wipes and went behind the cleaner. Be sure to read email regarding 2nd payment in bec that was confusing.

Absolutely the best stay we have had in PCB! Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. Favorite part was definitely the balcony with its comfortable seating and views. We have already booked again for September.

Wonderful and spacious!

First of all we love the majestic, and specifically Tower 1. This unit was extra great because it was an end unit. There was so much space. My kids loved the queen over queen bunks. Each had their own area with outlets and lights. The living room and dining room had enough space for the whole family, and a separate little table we used as a puzzle table. The pace was clean and cleaning supplies were left (vacuum, mop, and broom) which was really thoughtful since we were staying for over a week. The balcony furniture was so comfortable and there were beach toys. There was a cot and pack and play and play. There was an infestation of ants when we checked in. I let the management company know immediately, but didn't let them know the unit #. I responded quickly back and didn't hear anything back for the remainder of our stay. We went to the store that night and got any baits and set them around the condo. Within the first two days they were pretty much gone. You're welcome. However, we did have to spend $15 on traps. I did give the management company a break since it was Christmas, but was annoyed. The other drawback was the noise. It seemed to be a noisy unit.... Which is no fault of the renter, just the location. There was a loud humming noise that would go on and off every 5 minutes. Also, the sliding doors from surrounding condos sounded so loud in the master suite and woke me up every morning and night. With all this being said, I would totally rent this space again.
