Overall, it was a great location but the front desk needs training on the proper etiquette. Parking is 100 whether you are there 1 day or multiple days. Itâs a one time fee.
We arrived on 06/21/25 and I did quick inspection and sent some pics to the property mgmt company. A drawer in the kitchen was not working properly & the remote batteries were dead. Maintenanc came out on 06/22/25 to address these issues. On 06/23/25 the fire alarm went off in our unit, only our unit, and I called three different numbers a total of 6 times before I got someone on the phone. I had also left a voicemail on emergency maintenance. Someone comes up about 20-30 minutes after the initial alarm sounding and turns the alarm off and says the batteries need to be replaced in all smoke detectors and they will be back later that day. After all of the batteries were replaced and maintenance left one of the detectors started beeping. My husband took it and the battery down and put it on the kitchen counter. On 06/24/25 at 9:13am I emailed and advised the smoke detector had started beeping and sent a picture of the thermostat. When we arrived the temperature was in 80's outside but by mid week it was in the 90's. The a/c would not cool any lower than 75. At 10:27am on 06/24/25 we got an email saying someone would be over to fix the issues. The smoke detector stayed on the counter until we left and the a/c was never fixed. The elevators were always full and you had to wait no less than 15-20 minutes to catch one. With a family of 5 we don't do a lot of extras because of cost and I am just so disappointed we spent so much and it was so uncomfortable and stressful.
