OUTDOOR POOL: private pool (not a hot tub) is 5 ft deep (14x14 and 6x9 shallow tanning shelf). Main pool deck is approx 16x16. OPTIONAL POOL HEATING - the fee is $200 per stay. Please inform the host if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Our brand new pool heater will work in the maximum capacity only if the air temperature is above 55° during the day and night. POOL HEATING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FROM MARCH - OCTOBER.

2 Grills: Nexgrill 3-burner propane gas grill in stainless steel & 1 charcoal kettle grill.

Propane: We have provided 2 propane tanks. Per our policy- the guests fill/exchange tanks as needed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All rentals are FAMILY accommodations. Any exceptions must be pre-approved. The primary renter (the booking party) booking this home must be a minimum of 25 years of age and that primary renter is responsible for all renters and must stay at the home for the length of the Rental Period. A valid Photo ID is required for all bookings. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
