A walk in tiled shower in the master! Huge balcony!

Come and stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo that is located on the 19th floor. Enjoy the fabulous view of the Gulf right from one of the LARGEST balconies on the beach!

Unit offers a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and bar seating for 3. The dining room has seating for 6 and the balcony has a table that will seat 4. Living room has a queen size sofa bed, large flat screen LCD television, and access to the large 271 square foot balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. RECENT UPGRADE: ceramic tile replaces carpet in living/dining area. New carpet in both bedrooms.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen LCD television, private bathroom and access to the large balcony right from your bedroom. Guest bedroom has queen bed and bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, large flat screen LCD, with its own private full bathroom. All linens and iron/ironing board are provided for your convenience.

Condo is convenient to many attractions that Panama City has to offer. Fresh local seafood, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripleys Believe It or Not, Shell Island, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park (Mini Golf & Gran Maze), and much more! Condo is also in walking distance to Pineapple Willy's.


**Take advantage of the reserved parking space located directly across from the elevator in the covered parking garage for easy loading/unloading.

Such a great place! Our host Tim was very responsive to our questions. The condo is very spacious and has amazing views. The condo amenities are also great, and we loved having a dedicated parking space near the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a great condo loaded with everything you need. We cook most meals and were able to fried fish, made homemade biscuits, and scratch bolganese sauce. I loved how the place was decorated.

Nice Condo in a great location

Had a nice stay at this condo, the balcony was very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean, I saw dolphins a few mornings we were there. The parking was also a plus, it’s nice to have a designated space. Very clean and great communication, would stay here again.

Very nice condo on the beach

The condo was right on the beach and very comfortable. Its very difficult to find a fully accessible condo. This one was no exception. The thresholds to the balcony and the walk in shower were too tall for a wheelchair. But, the pool area and beach boardwalk was good.

Perfect stay

I am a usual beach house vacationer, but this time around I decided to try a condo - and it was amazing! The location, ease of access to the beach and pool, the quality of the condo, and the fantastic beach itself were all great reasons I loved my stay. Parking was on the site and there were absolutely no issues with getting into the garage or the condo. I can't wait to come back!

Pictures dont do it justice

This was an amazing property and the pictures of the rooms and view dont do this condo justice. Its so much nicer than the pictures. (Pictures were great too). The balcony has a picnic table and chairs that we enjoyed eating lunch at. The beds were really comfortable too.

Great Views and Location

This was my son’s first vacation for his 3rd birthday celebration. We had the absolute best time. The condo has a great location and atmosphere. While we were there the pool was almost always empty and the beach was not overly crowded. We enjoyed a great view from the balcony as well. Would definitely book again. With a toddler I wish the balcony doors would lock (which thankfully they were too heavy for him to open) and I wish the main door had a lock up top for safety reasons. But otherwise we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Great Condo & Beach View

Place was as described. Has a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It has everything you need. You will need beach towels but there are a few good beach chairs and lots of toys for the beach. We left an umbrella we bought for others to use. Walmart is very close for groceries and other needs. Great breakfast place across the street. I would stay in this unit again.

Amazing view!

Beautiful property and an amazing view! Nice roomy bedrooms and living area. Definitely money well spent! Deck was spacious and we were blessed to see dolphins one day from the balcony. Parking was extremely convenient and property was within walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Amazing views from balcony

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the water. Dolphins, stingrays, and plenty of bird watching. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach each day. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful week!
