Our two bedroom condominium is an inviting retreat on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our condominium awards you the opportunity to sit or lounge on our private balcony to watch the dolphins jump, parasailers, or the gorgeous sunsets of the Gulf of America.

This condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own or share it with your family and friends. It is professionally decorated with comfortable and inviting furniture, and all the luxuries of home. You will find everything you need. We have all the 'extras' necessary to make your stay as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home.

Our condo features two bedrooms with 2 KING size beds, each with a private bath. Bunk Beds are also in the condo and such a great feature.

We are located on the twentieth floor, with a breath-taking view of the beach and Gulf of America. We offer no charge high speed internet, so you can stay in touch with family and friends.

Only problem you will have is what to do? Championship golf, great restaurants, spectacular shopping, sport fishing, scuba diving, parasailing, and amusement parks ... or just lay on the beach or around one of the three pools with a great book. The resort features AQUA Kids Club, which offers supervised children's activities for the children four through twelve years old. Including treasure hunts and arts and crafts in the summer months.

Aqua is within walking distance PIER PARK which offers great dining, shopping, and entertainment destination; TOP GOLF. Aqua is located off Hwy 98 on Front Beach Road and is convenient to all the highways that lead from the Southeast to the Gulf of Mexico.

5-Star Stay in Paradise!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The balcony view of the Gulf from this 20th floor condo was stunning. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We loved being able to walk straight out to the sand in just a few steps. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the pools, hot tub and the new composite boardwalk was incredible! We had an issue with the dishwasher and the owner, Mark, quickly responded to my message and apologized numerous times for the dishwasher being out of commission during our stay. Mark and Donna clearly care about their guests’ experience and our stay was incredible! We truly felt at home here and will definitely book this condo again for our future visits to PCB. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, look no further — this condo is a hidden gem on the Emerald Coast!

Spacious condo in great location

The owners were great and responsive. The condo is spacious, offers beach chair service which is a great plus, has a nice balcony with two full sized lounge chairs, and has very comfortable beds. The only reasons we rate it as 4 stars rather than 5 is the condo is priced higher than others and could use some updating (such as carpet throughout). Overall it was a very good experience in a location that can't be beat!

Wonderful Condo

This was a spacious condo that would comfortably fit 6. Everything was included, even extra chairs and condiments. The only thing you need to bring would be your toiletries, beach towels, and swim suits! I read the dryer was loud and it was. We just ran it when no one was sleeping .That would be the only downfall. Everything was great, thank you!

Vacation at the Aqua

We enjoyed our stay. The condo wasnt very clean. Bathrooms had hair all over the floors, i swept all up. The tables in living room had rings from glass or soda cans. Livingroom carpet and on couch had sunflower seeds. Dont like to give negative reviews . The condo was great, just cleaniest not good. Thank you.

We had really high expectations for this property. We have been coming to PCB for years and have always wanted to stay at Aqua. Aqua is nice, awesome location to pier park and restaurants, within walking distance.The elevators are very fast and getting in and out of the parking garage was easy. Nice pools and owner provided beach chairs which was a bonus. Check in and out was good. Good communication from owner as he did respond quickly to my messages. Upon arrival we noticed the condo wasnt as clean as it could have been. As the days went on we found muliple issues with the cleanliness of this unit that was very disappointing and frustrating since we all pay a cleaning fee! As previous guests had mentioned the dryer took a really long time but wasnt a huge deal for us. There was one kitchen towel and one kitchen washcloth provided, would have been nice to have a couple of each. Balcony furniture was just ok.
