Blue Mar is a newly refreshed family beach home featuring a calming coastal palette, located in Inlet Beach. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa.

The first floor is the main living area, highlighted by an extra large and extra comfortable sectional framing a large TV, perfect for movie nights. This entertainment space opens to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, or relaxing.

The kitchen offers plenty of counter space to keep the chef in your group happy, with room for multiple people to prepare meals or beach snacks. A water filtration system lets you fill reusable bottles straight from the tap.

Step out onto the back patio for conversation and cocktails while enjoying the fresh coastal air. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms each include TVs and ample storage, giving everyone space to spread out, relax, and enjoy privacy when needed.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Jack and Jill Bathroom with Bedroom 2.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and separate tub.

Beach Access:
The area’s largest public beach access with plenty of parking, plus restrooms and showers is a 3-minute drive (or 10 minutes walking). The pedestrian walkway that will go under Highway 98 is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed later in 2022.

Head down Grayling Way turning right on Orange Street. Take this road across 98 and down until you hit your beach access.

Inlet Beach & The 30A Area
The shops and dining of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach are each less than a mile away. Grab a famous 30A breakfast at The Donut Hole. Enjoy lunch at Goatfeather's 30Avenue. Dinner? So many choices between Shades, Amici's, and more! Less than 1.5 miles away is Camp St. Helen State Park. The park is a great fishing spot and has numerous nature trails for hiking. Head to the beach for swimming or kayaking. Only 10 miles away in Panama City Beach is Pier Park Mall – with over 125 stores & restaurants, and an IMAX theatre. Russell-Fields Pier goes 1500 feet out into the Gulf for walking or fishing. If golf is your game, there are 5 public courses within a 30-minute drive.

A Benchmark welcome bag and an initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen, this includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom, it includes 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels, you will receive 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
