All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Location is great easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. Condo is clean and except for some little maintenance things was very comfortable with balcony and 2 pools. Parking is safe with code to get in and bridge to cross road. Host gave us all info needed to make our stay wonderful.

Much needed time away!

The condo was very nice and had all the supplies needed to enjoy your trip. Extra chairs and noodles was a nice bonus in the master closet and the littles enjoy the bunk beds. Condo was up to date and styled very nice.

Great Vacation

1704 was exactly like it shows in the pictures. Everything about our trip was great. I read some reviews about the condos and elevator waits and power outages. We experienced none of that. Parking was nice and easy, never waited longer than a minute or two on elevator. Place was clean, great view, nice cool AC for when inside. Would absolutely stay here again if in pcb.

They have literally thought about everything! All cooking and even baking needs are there! We even had our beach chauffeur since we had a couple of disabled people in our group and the beach sand is not friendly to them. We all had a wonderful time!

Absolutely wonderful

We love coming to PCB for our vacations. We typically stay in hotels but this time we decided to rent a condo. This condo was spacious and comfy. Water pressure was AMAZING. The pools were nice. The only issue we ran into was that at the main entrance only one of the elevators was working. But it appears they were working to fix the other one. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!!

Location Location!

This was our 5th year vacationing in PCB. Our second stay at Aqua! We love the location, walking distance to many things including Pier Park. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the decor! The view was amazing as always. We were able to watch a manatee make a leisurely swim close to shore. The kids loved having 2 pools and of course being able to get ice cream at the snack bar! The adults enjoyed the daily drink specials :). Excited to come back and stay next year, we will definitely book this condo again!
