Property is in need of a deep clean. We ended up buying a swiffer and cleaning the floors just to get by. Also wish they supplied beach towels. Other than that the unit was nice and had everything we needed. Pool and beach were fantastic. Great location, we never drove more than 5 minutes to get to where we wanted to go (restaurants, grocery, etc.)

We had an amazing stay! Check in process was easy via texting. The condo was exactly as explained and pictured. We were missing some wrist bands and they brought them quickly. We requested more towels and they gave us plenty extras. Def will be staying with them again.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything... beautiful beach and the guys working on the beach setting up the chairs for Aqua, Blake and Mudd were absolutely amazing and work SO HARD! Loved it. We have stayed at several places in PCB and this is one of our favorites

We’ve stayed at several Aqua condos. I did like this room, however I felt like I was always sweeping up sand on these floors. Really don’t know how to avoid it tho. We did have an issue with one of the showers not draining, but it was fixed very quickly with no issues after that.

Great location, not sure about the condo itself.

The condo was not very clean. There were clothes, diapers and a bowl with cereal and milk left in an armoire/ dresser in the bedroom. The couch had a lot of spots/stains on it. Not a lot of sitting room in the main area. The last 2 days we were there the master bathroom started smelling like sewer when we took a shower. Great location though.

The condo was clean, roomy, and just as pictured on the listing. We had trouble with the door code, but they responded immediately and got us taken care of. The pools were nice, and the beach chairs were a nice perk. We are going to book the exact same condo again next year.

Condo requires some attention!

Location is great; however, the condo needs a deep cleaning. There were stains on the sheets and comforters, stains on the sofa pillows, ice machine look like it had mold growing in it, and food was in and under the sofa. The vent in the master bathroom is very loud. A/C is inconsistent in how it flows in each room. One room was extremely cold, one was hot, and the other one was comfortable. Cookware is old and need to be replaced. I called several times and never got through to anyone. Very disappointed on so many levels.

Ironman Florida race stay

We stayed 10 nights for the 2023 Ironman Florida race. Location is great. Very close to the race venue at Pier Park. The condo itself was good. Everything(AC, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc) worked fine. Location on the 6th floor was good. Elevators wait wasn’t too long. Beach chairs weren’t in great shape. We used them one day and the rest of the stay we opted for the pool. Beds were comfortable. Floor was a bit dirty plus there were some areas in two of the bathrooms that could have used a bit more cleaning attention. One thing from a noise perspective is that the bar across the street has singing each night. For the most part it was fine except a couple of nights where it went into the evening.

Aqua Resort is Very Nice

The resort has all that you need. Very pretty and clean grounds and pools. Beach chairs were convenient and set up early everyday. So many things to do within walking distance of the resort! The condo itself was nicely decorated, very comfortable and roomy for our group of 5 people. Some suggestions: add mirrors and clothes hooks in bedrooms. Add a little more equipment in the kitchen (no leftovers containers, only one hot pad, and some more silverware since we did a lot of cooking). Thanks for supplying the ice maker!

Amazing place to stay!

Very clean and well kept, having four bedrooms and the full kitchen was a huge plus. Great location that couldn't have been any closer to the beach. Pools were wonderful, overall a wonderful place to stay, would recommend and will plan on staying again in the near future!

Aqua was a great place! Loved the pools and location to the beach. Being on the 6th floor was perfect for enjoying looking at the beach and being able to walk up just 3 flights was perfect for us. Suckums was a fun place fo our whole party 40s, 30s, 13 down to 2 years old. The place it's self was nicely decorated, but not exceptionally clean and the furniture was broken in areas. It was wonderful to have 2 rooms overlook the ocean and the balcony was a decent size! Overall would likely stay again.
