The condo was perfect! Great views of sunsets and the beach!! Easy to get around to local fun places. Now, the bad: parking is hard with a truck. Very small parking spaces and brick walls.
Great condo & location. Very clean and well decorated. Nice views and less crowded beach area than many mega resorts. (Think better chair spacing, less noise). Lifts quicker than many places most days. Very spacious balcony with lots of chairs, table, etc. RealJoy Vacations was very communicative and proactive, from time of booking through the week following the trip. Would definitely stay here again.
The condo was surprisingly roomy for my husband and I, our daughter, and our two small grandchildren. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complementary beach chairs were wonderful, and there were beach toys and things to use on the beach in the condo as well, which was fabulous! We were there for four nights and did not leave one time because we ordered DoorDash for every meal. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, but although it says it is seventh floor, that’s on top of the parking garage, so it’s really more like the 10th floor. The view was beautiful, but I am a little leery of heights so I would’ve preferred it to be lower although that is simply a personal preference. There was an issue with me understanding how to use the thermostat, but I called the number and it was quickly resolved. The best part was that the parking pass and wristbands were already in our room, so check in was wonderful. We had enough towels and paper towels, but we probably should’ve brought an extra garbage bag or two. The condo is also very convenient to Publix and Walmart. We had a wonderful stay, and I would recommend this condo to anybody going to the beach.
