Exceptional views of the Emerald Coast! This luxury Gulf view unit is located in Tower 2 of the prestigious Grand Panama Resort. It is a 1-bedroom condo with 2 baths. Includes a bunk nook area and a sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Get a fresh start in the morning with a hot cup of Joe and spoil your family with a home cooked meal using our included appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary culinary items you might need. Lounge in the master bedroom's king size bed while enjoying your favorite TV programs. Wash away your day while enjoying the private bathroom's massive walk-in shower. Dual vanities ensure an easy morning routine. Twin beds adorn the bunk nook area. After a long day at the beach, relax in the living room on the unit's sofa sleeper couch.
We provide a starter set of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash can liner for each can, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. Don't leave your fur baby at home! Grand Panama is one of the very few beach resorts that allows pets (see additional pet policy & only 25 lbs. or under is allowed). We do have an exterior only Ring doorbell camera. The unit is adjacent to a massive outdoor seating area that overlooks the Gulf, pool, and grilling area and provides spectacular views. This resort boasts a heated beachfront pool and hot tub, as well as a 2nd rooftop heated pool/hot tub located in Tower 2, just two floors down from the unit! There is an on-site seasonal Tiki Bar that serves food and drinks as well as a General Store for any beach essentials. There are gas grills located by each pool for guest use. The state-of-the-art workout room is located in Tower 2. There is also ample covered parking. Grand Panama is just a short walk away from many amazing restaurants. If you are looking to have some fun with the family, Shipwreck Island Water Park is right around the corner! You are also within walking distance of the Shoppes at Edgewater which offers many shopping and entertainment options! Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are a convenient drive away. Grand Panama Resort charges a $50 resort fee that is collected directly by them. This includes parking (for one vehicle, the second vehicle is $30), free internet, wristbands, and security at the resort. They also charge a $20 per pet fee. The check in process was easy. The host Brett took care of any concerns before we arrived. Wished it had more than one towel and wash rag each. All went well. The view was nice from tower 2.

We stayed at this Gulf-view condo in Panama City Beach while in town for a gymnastics meet, and it was a great choice. The location couldn’t be better—right in tower 2 across the street with easy walk over access to beach with beautiful ocean views, and also convenient to restaurants, shops, and the competition venue. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a great size and perfect for relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!

The unit was perfect for my family and I. The unit was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing! It took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the days we did not feel like sitting in the sand, we enjoyed the pools at the resort. There are a variety of restaurants and activities nearby as well as ice cream shops. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again soon.
