Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach Access is currently provided at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This rental includes two beach chairs with an umbrella from March 01 through October 31, 2026.

During the month of March only the City of Panama City Beach restricts alcohol on the sandy beach and closes beach access between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. Alcohol, however, is allowed at all pool areas during the month of March.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code is emailed to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo.

There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Beach gate access code, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

This condo is located in Tower 3-901. Free Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Long Beach Resort is well known for the best floor plans on the beach! All rooms have Gulf Front View with floor to ceiling windows as does the living room and dining room. The primary bedroom and guest room with queen beds share an over-sized balcony. The second primary suite overlooks the Lagoon Pool and has its own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full private bath with garden tub/shower combination! Fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.

Conveniently located for quick access to shopping, restaurants and amenities. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach! Over 1300 lineal feet of sugar sand beach front!

The Lagoon Pool is located between Towers 2 and 3. The Polynesian pools are heated and are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Each of the 3 pools has a hot tub. There is beach access from each tower. There are charcoal grills on the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The resort has 24/7 security and is fully gated at the street and the beach.

The air conditioning in the front bedrooms was poor which made them too hot for a comfortable afyernoon and night. The door to the condo did not shut tight which seemed unsecure and also let a lot of air in. One dining room table chair seat was completely unattached from the chair. Overall it was a decent stay, but i felt it was too much money for the condition of the condo.

No complaints! The only issue I had was construction below our condo. I sent an email and I received texts and phone calls immediately. Beach service was superb I’ll definitely be bs k next year.

Love location. For the price it needs to be updated. 2 bedrooms was very warm rest of it ok temp. Dinner room chairs falling apart. Under couch and cushions was dirty. If going charge too price condo needs to be updated.

It was a very lovely condo and convenient to the beach. Only downside was there was a fire in a lower unit right before we checked in and we never got to use the bigger pool it was shutdown due to the fire. We used the side pools but they were a bit crowded.

Had a great time

The condo was perfectly located within walking distance to coconut creek, Pineapple Willy’s, Walmart, Parlor Donuts, and many other things. The included beach chairs are a huge plus. Parking is excellent, and no long elevator waits like many of the other places we’ve stayed. The condo itself is very roomy and has one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve had yet. The balcony is large and the private balcony in the master bedroom is a nice place to step away and hide for a stretch. The place was very clean and everything functioned as it should. The balcony door is a bit hard to open though. All and all I 100% would rent this property again. It’s the best place we’ve stayed to date that’s still reasonably affordable. We already planning next years trip.

Great interior Design

The unit interior design was great, but the entrance door to the unit looked awful. Also, the door didn’t seem secure. The building exterior needs to be painted and cleaned. There was not a shower head in one of the bathroom.

Christmas Vacation with Friends

We really enjoyed it our time at this condo. It is beautifully decorated. We loved the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Everyone had their own space. This condo is in a perfect location close to everything. Beautiful grounds also. The kitchen was stocked better than any I have ever been in. We plan on visiting it again.

Great condo, well equipped kitchen, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas a plus. Only suggestion all tubs/shower combinations are garden tubs only one had a safety bar, other two need a safety bar to help get in and out especially for seniors.

Best Condo!

I will say I was leery renting a high rise condo during the week of July 4th. However this 9th floor condo was perfect. Very roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and a perfect view. Very close to everything. Elevators were on point every day! The Tiki bar at the pool has the best loaded potato fries!! We will stay here again!! Thank you for allowing us to stay and your hospitality ; )

The view was beautiful. The location was perfect. The unit was very large. Only complaint was the floor was dirty when we got there. I mopped it several times but we still walked around with shoes or socks the whole week. But would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean/beach views.

Condo was awesome, clean and was as advertised. We lovedd the layout , with plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax with plenty of room for our family group of 6 adults. Tons of closets and cabinets spaces. Plenty of towe, wash cloths, kitchen towels, dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware. Very nice large size washer and dryer, large screen tv in the living room. The only issue we had was that the tv in one of the master bedrooms , we couldn't get it to work. The tv would turn on but couldn't change the channel. We mostly watched tv in the living room so not a huge deal for us. I would rate this as 9.75 out of 10. We would love to stay here again!!!!

Love the location of the property and the condo was very nice! Could have been a little cleaner as there was sand on the couch and some surfaces but other than that was very pleased and we would definitely stay again! Also, under the couch cushions were very dirty!

Truly exceptional in all aspects of this rental - from breathtaking balcony views (all bedrooms) - beautiful contemporary/modern decor that gives the impression of having been done by an expert - extremely comfortable beds - big screen TVs mounted on every wall - lots of cabinet space - with great kitchen and dining areas.
