As of 1/2025 property is almost done remodeling with modern furniture. Updated pictures will be posted soon! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 4R/3BA condo in beautiful PCB! This spacious condo is located in a gated community and the complex has a pool and gym. The condo is close to everything - shopping, eating - only one mile to the beach! This is the perfect spot for spring break, ball tournaments, concert events and all that is going on in PCB!



There are 2 master bedrooms, each with king beds and their own adjoining bathrooms. Room #3 has one queen over queen bunk bed, while room #4 also has a queen over queen bunk bed and a full-size futon as well, and these share a bathroom. There is also a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the living room!

Family Vacation

The property was clean and spacious-plenty of room for our party of 11. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking. The owner was responsive to questions and quick to reply. We enjoyed our time at this property.
