Location, location, location! Built in 2020, Calypso Tower III is the newest building of the complex and has the most incredible views of the beach, Pier and Pier Park. Located directly in front of Pier Park and within walking distance to several popular restaurants and attractions including Margaritaville, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Skywheel, The Grande Theatre, Hook'd, Russell-Fields Pier, and much more!

Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Tower III has 6 elevators, large balconies, easy access to parking and it's just steps to the beach. Great perks for a great price!

This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the gulf, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and Keurig coffeemaker. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There is also a pullout sofa, to comfortably sleep a total of 4. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well, also with a walk-in shower. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

Loved the view in living room and bedroom! Good quality sliding doors!! Love that it was right by elevator and door inside out of the weather.Very nicely decorated and had everything thing we needed to cook with and more. Had a lot of extra we didn’t get to use because it unusually cold for Florida this week. Showers are very roomy! Nice walk in closet! Huge refrigerator and great washer and dryer.Great selection on the TV’s. No complaints here. Will be back! Saved the information. Love it was close to beach and the shops! Close to restaurants too! Which were amazing! Cooked our own breakfast and lunches. But went out in evenings.

The property is exactly as described. Bed is super comfy, place is clean, great location.The condo is tucked away, conveniently located next to elevators. There was no noise issue or anything being close to the elevators. The facility itself is a little hard to navigate. Essentially, everything happens on the 3rd floor. You have to park in the garage and get a rolling cart at the 3rd floor, then navigate the elevators to get to and from your condo. Then back to elevators to the 3rd floor to turn the rolling cart in, etc
. When accessing the beach, you have to go to the 3rd floor to access the elevated walkway, then navigate the elevators on the beach side to get all around to access the beach. This has no bearing on my review, as the condo was wonderful. I just wanted to point out the need of access to everyone occurring on the 3rd floor with walkways, as some may have smaller children, or are older (like me) who may have difficulty navigating that layout, as it is a lot of walking. Overall, would recommend.

Perfect location. Couldn’t tell you were across the street from the beach. Wonderful unobstructed view. Super close to Pier Park, restaurants, shops etc. The condo itself is very clean and decorated well. I’d definitely stay here again.
