Great Condo!!

This is a beautiful unit and delivers as described. The decor and upkeep was excellent and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The details throughout the unit are done very well right down to the color coordinated shelf liners in the kitchen. The communication from the owners was excellent. The property is in great shape with a fresh coat of paint that makes Calypso look brand new. We will be back!!

Left early, bed & sofa were very uncomfortable

First let me say I have a bad back and require a good quality bed and sofa to lie or sleep on. The sofa provided very little support and was really bad for someone with back problems. The bed was OK for my wife, however I wasn’t able to sleep on it at all. I tried one of the bunk beds however they were way too short (I’m 6’3”) so there wasn’t a comfortable bed or sofa in the place for me to lie or sleep on. (I’m not able to sit in chairs) We left after 3 nights of NO sleep and had to forfeit the remaining 4 days of our vacation. The rental agency refused our request for a refund. The condo was nice however the sofa was terrible and I couldn’t sleep in the bed. We left and went to a Marriott, where I got a good night’s sleep b4 heading home 6 hrs away. The place had good ratings, however I would not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

Exceeded Our Expectations

This was the first time we've done a condo rental and didn't know what to expect. From cleanliness to quality linens and towels to the well-appointed kitchen, decor and furnishings, we couldn't have asked for more. We will return and request this specific condo.

Had to wash towels and bedding when I got there.

Very annoyed to find all the towels still in the tub when I arrived. Master bed was not made and one of the hallway bunks were not made. I washed the linens and made the bed. I also wax=shed all the towel. I have never checked into condo or house that wasn't clean in my 40+ years of coming to the gulf. We love staying at the Calypso when we come to PCB, due to the convenience to the pier and pier park. The condo was nice and would have like it had the room ben cleaned properly. I think the cleaning deposit should be at least refunded. I left a message and ask management to call me before I left any comments or ratings.

It was absolutely perfect!

This was for my daughter senior trip, and there couldn’t have been a more perfect condo for us to stay in! Everything was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! October Stay in PCB

The space was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better location overlooking the beach and also proximity to Pier Park. The condo was clean and spacious with enough room to spread out and feel like you are at home. The only thing that was difficult was checking in. It legitimately could have been a mistake on my part in not knowing what to do though it doesn't seem like the directions were clear as to what to do once you got there to the condo.

Celebrating birthday and anniversary in style!

Our experience was wonderful! The condo was ready early! Check-in was so easy! Property was so clean and absolutely beautiful! Our trip was just fantastic! This property is within a short walk to Pier Park with great restaurants, shopping, and IMAX theater! The balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and we watched beautiful sunsets each night. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great beach trip!

Great condo and so close to Pier Park, definitely recommend this condo and location.

Beautiful condo and the 8th floor is perfect for a great view of the gulf. I would return and rent the exact condo again if it were available. Walking distance to Pier Park for great shopping and restaurants.
