Cool Breeze

Welcome to Cool Breeze, a classic "old Florida" beach cottage nestled within beautiful Inlet Beach. Come enjoy the sounds and sea breeze from the ocean on the wrap-around deck. A short, 3-minute stroll brings you to the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Cool Breeze is a two-story beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It will comfortably sleep 10 guests and includes WiFi, flat-screen TVs in every room and an updated kitchen. There is also a brand new pool for the whole family to enjoy!

On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. This bedroom is detached from the main house and has a private entrance and patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This room is perfect for those guests who want their private living space or don't wish to climb stairs. This room has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The upstairs second floor encompasses two additional bedrooms along with two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with great views. The additional upstairs bedroom is designed as a "bunk room", which is equipped with 3 twin bunk beds. This room comfortably sleeps up to 6 kids/teens and also has a private bathroom. This second floor provides a new kitchen, a large family room and dining area along with two additional seating areas on the expansive, wrap-around deck. Enjoy cooking together while relaxing over a cool beverage as your kids swim in the pool right below. We are providing 2 bike rentals for your weekly stay, delivered upon your arrival.

The new pool is fenced in and features comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is ample parking and the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach are a short bike ride away. Pier Park, top golf, restaurants and shops are all a short drive away.

A great Vaca
Enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to the beach. Very comfortable with the neighborhood. We all Loved the pool. The kids enjoyed being able to ride bikes around and walk to the beach. Would like to rent again.

Trip Down Memory Lane
My family and i grew up visiting our Grandma several times a year for almost 2 decades at the home she built right down the road that still stands today. We loved being on thr same street, the home had ample space and we enjoyed the cottage type feel. The pool outfront was great for us and being a couple steps from the beach was great.

Catfishing Scammers DO NOT USE PARADISE PROPERTIES!
We booked the house and the showers didnt drain at all. One shower had plumbing leak that caused a river to flow in kitchen. Black mold in ac unit. Sewer ran into porch and outside seating area. The paradise property people treated us like dirt. They weren't going to refund us until the county authorities got involved and marked house as unrentable. We were stuck with children with disability and a dog down there at night and had to try to find a different place fast. Since it was so busy down there we almost had to drive home 13hrs. Paradise property lied so much on this reservation. We ended up having the cops come. Just absolutely terrible experience. Do not use paradise properties. You will definitely regret it. We got most of our money back, but we didnt get the VBRO portion back. We also had to stay far away from beach and we didnt get to go to beach as much as we planned due to location of new house and lack of parking at beaches. This ruined our first family vacation.

Absolutely Paradise
Fantastic location, just a few houses down from the beach and walking distance to a few amenities, but still felt private! Appreciated the “Old-Florida” style home, very open and airy, loved the windows and wrap around deck! Pool and large patio with many seating options and a grill was awesome! Good amount of sun and shade. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed spending most of our time on the deck, patio by the pool and beach!! Paradise Properties was great to work with and everything was very organized and good communication! We had such an amazing time that we booked an extra night! Thank you for a wonderful stay and would definitely Re-book Cool Breeze or another Paradise Property in the future!! Highly recommend!
